It is absolutely crazy-making to watch all the youtube videos and read all the blogs about this bucket - people are nuts. I can't wait to be one of the nutty ones. Better late than never, yes?

Should we start a thread so we can have a count of how many original size bucket bag owners there are?

Anybody else going crazy waiting for their preorder? I ordered mine from La Garconne back in September and still waiting. >.> I wish I would've known back then about the October 20 restock bc then I'd probably have my bag by now!

I received this beauty today - man, she's gorgeous. I see why there's such a craze about these bags. No weight at all, luscious leather, LOVE the red interior and the extra pouch - but she's too big for me!!! :crybaby: Since I had my BV Cervo Hobo, I started using a smaller bag, and I've gotten used to it. Now I get to figure out what to do ... consign, eBay, sell, what - . Sigh. I'll have to find a mini, I think that would be the better size for me.

*edited to add photo - and I am returning the organizer I bought; I didn't open the package, but it looks like it would fit perfectly!

I'm sorry the size didn't work for you. I hope you can find a mini.

I have a regular bucket and it seemed huge at first, but I've gotten used to the size and it molds to my body. I definitely think a mini would be enough space though and probably more versatile.

I know it's a matter of perception - I think I'll hold on to it for a bit and try carrying it out and about and see if I can relax a little! I do need to make another hole or two in the strap...:smile1: I DO want a mini, for sure.

I don't know if you would want to, but I find wearing it cross body makes it seem less bulky. I'm 5'0 with a regular bucket. :)

Oh. I'm sorry to hear that... It is absolutely a beautiful piece. I do like the size of regular bucket. I use it for school/work and doesn't require much organize work (I use a purse organizer). I carry it both on the shoulder and crossbody. I am also thinking to get a mini bucket for leisure use. I do understand why you think the regular is bigger though. :P Hopefully you can resell it for a good price.
FYI, I am 5'4''

I placed a pre-order with them back in September too, and completely forgot about it until they charged my card this morning. I assume they're shipping soon!
