The Loewe PASEO

Sadly, I was underwhelmed by this bag... I really wanted to like it but it didn't offer anything interesting for me, other than just another tall tote. Instead, I opted for the Fendi origami (sorry Loewe!)... It folds too, not for storage but to transform the bag's shape... So you get 2 bags for 1!

you mean the mini folding ? I was wondering why no one has liked the Paseo satchel convertible

The folding is fine-- but for my everyday use, I don't need that function. I'd rather have multiple uses for 1 bag.

I didn't like the shape of the original paseo. It was too wide for my taste. I'm confused about the paseo satchel-- how does it convert? It's just changing the strap right?

what's convertible about it? the straps? I just didn't find it very interesting. I also prefer Loewe's anagram logo instead of their stamped text logo.
I think

yup just the strap! 71407226670__B77C537A-8176-4793-A22E-974FA3DB7E43.jpeg71407228100__359BA664-A0AF-4406-8554-809C8C4EE030.jpeg

Thank you! Which do you prefer on me? Flamenco or this?
I think you can rock both! I would pick a fun color, but it depends on what you need it for. A neutral color on the paseo satchel makes it less interesting I think. The flamenco’s shape makes it unique and still stand out even in a neutral color. I have the vintage khaki flamenco and I love it. I usually use it for going out, more than just a day bag.

I agree about the color. Not crazy about the emerald green or the pinkish color for the Paseo and the neutral ones are meh.

I prefer the flamenco :3 the Paseo is a little too late 2000-early 2010s for me
As a big Flamenco lover I would go for the Flamenco. It's such a versatile bag, it's very lightweight and easy to go in and out and I think it's also more timeless then the Paseo satchel.
I have a lot of casual bags and my thought was the Paseo was more sophisticated than the flamenco but maybe it’s just more matronly?

we need to see some photos or mod shots of it!
Just back… here are some pictures. Sorry about the interior one. I’m not great at getting good shots of the insides of bags. I have to say, I love this bag. It doesn’t hold a lot, but I don’t usually carry a lot with me so I find it perfect as a grab bag - and it works with almost every casual and business outfit I have!

thanks for the pics and I’ve seen it in store too! The leather is scrumptious. I’m sure you’ll get lots of use with these neutral colors.

I might be a bit late here, but I think the Flamenco looks great on you! Especially in the green. After that, I thought the Paseo Satchel in black with your blazer looked wonderful. I think the Flamenco is a more casual look - it’s also the more practical bag as I’m pretty sure it can hold more. I have the small Paseo Satchel (fairly new) and the Small Flamenco (a few years old now) and I love them both! To me, the Paseo is the more versatile “look” - it can be dressed up or dressed down. I only use my Flamenco bag casually though.
