If you read the account in the papers you would see the courts were busy that day and they had to wait several hours before their case was even called. Judgemental folks are funny.

I worked in the court system for 25 years, and believe me, sometimes you wait up to 3 or 4 hours waiting to have your case heard. It might look disrespectful, but I can't blame him on this one.

In an actual newspaper report, it said that the court was so busy that the case wasn't called for hours. Lamar wasn't sleeping while the case was being heard! People will believe anything.

that is the New York Supreme court bench, I'm surprised the media was allowed to bring a camera in and take pictures. cameras are not allowed in the court house.
