Hoops star and Kardashian hubby Lamar Odom was so bored by his custody and child support that he fell asleep at the courthouse Tuesday.

The L.A. Clippers forward was in court to resolve a long-running custody battle with an ex-girlfriend, Liza Morales, who is the mother of Odom’s two surviving children.

He asked the court to set "a reasonable child support amount to meet the actual and reasonable needs needs of the children," Destiny, 14, and Lamar Jr., 11.

But when lawyers went into a back room in Manhattan Supreme Court for an hour, the 6-foot-10 athlete and husband of Khloe Kardashian, propped himself up on a padded wood hallway bench and caught up on his sleep.

A court officer woke him up and asked him to sit erect.

Odom may have been bored, though exhaustion is a possibility, given his extremely physical work promoting his and his wife’s new fragrance, Unbreakable.

So he fell asleep in the hallway waiting for the lawyers, not in the courtroom. It happens, doesn't mean he doesn't care.

I wonder what he pays now and what he considers a 'reasonable amount' for the kiddies. I don't blame men for wanting to make sure the kids and only the kids are being provided for, and that the extra money isn't going towards Celine bags and Zanotti shoes for the mother.

So, he shows up an hour before court after flying cross country in the hall. Heck, I've slept in the jury pool room.

As for the chikd support, O believe it's just a matter of having things on record and legally set. He has always taken financial care of his children according to Liza.

You know the the media sensationalizes things. Lamar seems to be a good father who provides for his kids but his ex is bitter. I feel for her losing a child but she needs to let her relationship with Lamar go, he has moved on and she should as well.

Liza, honey get a therapist, stop talking to the press about Khloe and Lamar every chance you get and move on. Every time I hear about her she's talking about Khloe and Lamar. Why??

Me too. I think she looks best with dark chocolate hair, but I do love the side part. Khloe is looking great these days.
