On another note, just realized there's possibly L'abre du Vent detail in this pic, right next to what looks like Flamingo Party to me.

From the Carré Club Paris event, started yesterday.
Next to current scarves, I spot Alice Shirley’s giraffes and Ugo Gattoni’s Battery Park in several CWs? Also new versions of CdC and MP?

the MP carries a very different vibe—in a good way! Is it channeling Kyoto Marble, or blending techniques?

It looks like an exceptional upon closer inspection. The marble looks like appliqué

Agree, it does look like flamingo party to me. I happen to have the one with yellow border. I bought it several years ago. Strange it is shown here.

I'm sure it is a photograph combined digitally with art...interesting concept. It does keep it from JUST being a photo.

My dog was looking at this over my shoulder and was particularly interested in the wide variety of colorful balls shown for next season.

Imust be part dog. Those balls got my attention too. Or....

Actually a 140cm diameter circle would have to be cut from a 140cm rectangle, so the same amount of fabric is required , but the lack of corners means a little less weight
Hmmm wonder how they hem a circle ? Seems real hard to do by hand or even machine , laser cut ?
If you have ever hemmed a circular skirt it is much harder than a pencil skirt since the fabric has to be gathered a bit, for lack of clearer words

Actually, a scarf/scarves made from the corners could be really interesting...

According to the display, deep mauve or at least a medium mauve seems to be important. As opposed to the very pale purples evident in mostly floral scarves over the past 3-4 years. I like the medium or dark mauve. It's different.
