Hello! Apologies for being MIA. First I had tech difficulties then life just took over. I wanted to share my new Plumes en Fête that darling DH got me for my birthday.

I already commented on your IG, but do so here again: it is a spectacular design in an amazing CW and looks gorgeous on you! So happy to see you here again! Congrats!

Top, top, TOP of my wishlist for this season was the fringed stole Palette. My boutique did not order it but got CW 03 (orange) and CW 05 for me upon my request. Thanks to @LadyCupid I was better informed than the SAs... - Had a hard time deciding but went for CW 05 in the end. Sorry for only indoor pix so far but the weather does not allow anything else presently... The charm of this stole are the twilly fringes that constantly move around you. Very special!!

It is the Della Cavalleria Favolosa that I purchased and posted on this thread a while back... Very cool!

I finally received my CLF and it is very pretty, but not perfect. There are a few...not runs...but something in the fabric. I suppose it doesn’t really bother me too much, because then I don’t have to worry about doing it myself. I wonder if part of the reason they are trickling in so slowly to the stores is that there are some quality issues with some batches?

Doesn’t Favolosa bleed thru on the writing also? I like the idea of wow but do not want bleed thru. I hope they will continue to perfect this idea

I posted my Favolosa a while back and it bleeds a bit to the other side on the title panel in the middle, but I can live with that

C’est la Fete 04 khaki arrived on a sunny windy day so outdoor shots may appear slightly unfocussed due to fluttering! so many photos, here are thumbnails—click to enlarge the series. Good—no runs or flaws that I see. title does bleed through color side to silver side. Size is 35.5 in left to right, 33 in top to bottom. Colors IRL as originally anticipated from early mod posts, Less bright than iphone photos here. Example: braid is more orange than gold, bottom pom more pinky taupe than yellow gold.
quick tie tries. I await @xincinsin suggesting better ways to show off the two-tone mors ring.

It’s not ideal but it’s such a small part of the scarf that usually never shows when worn so I don’t mind it in this case.

I’m calling it now - my all time favorite. Samourais is still up there, but most of the colorways did not work for me. Getting ahead of myself and hoping for this to come in CSGM next season!

Here’s a “fun fact” - the tag on this blue one is located on a different corner than on my pale one and the orange one. It folds fine either way.

I only post occasionally but I have all of you to thank for for the wealth of scarf intel every season!! Wanna share my latest purchase, the Pani double side scarf. I’m so in love with it, as it checks several boxes for me all at once!

1) it’s the new double side scarf and the two sides are quite different for this style than the other double side designs.

2) it’s an Kermit Oliver design. I have always loved the Kachina since I started buying H scarves 4+ years ago, but never owned one due to unable to find a cw that works for me....until last season, when Kachina Wash was released, all the colors were irresistible, and I finally got one in the medium pink. I learned about the artist and his work, and found out the iconic Pani design I always admire is also from him. What a nice surprise.

3) I don’t have a green scarf in my collection. H greens are so intriguing. Lately I have been loving the Vert Cypress. This scarf’s green is a more vibrant version of that shade. It compliments the navy bandana side so so well.

4) I always wanted a larger format bandana but personally found the 140cm way too big for the bandana style design and coloration.

5) I have been looking for a bandana design with lots of stars, this one is perfect. I just love the starry look when it’s wrapped around the neck.

I think the pink Plumes en Fete is spectacular on you, you carry bright colors so well! I thought the somewhat muted mauve & gray scarf that was one of the first you showed was intriguing, interesting, unexpected on you. But also really cool on you. No one will ever put you in a box, Fifi!
No one asked my opinion, but what the hey, I'll go ahead and "approve" all these selections except the Please Check In which seems too quiet on you, not vibrant enough. Bottom line: you must have had a ball in the boutique!!!!

My pleasure... I was anxious to see this CW of Battery Park and it is so beautiful! It was a bit bright at the store, so the colors look a bit washed out, but it has lovely nuances. I got BOTH cws of C’est la Fete... for now!
