I’ve reserved Prune and khaki CLF, great to see how they can be worn. Now I just have to sit tight and wait for my SA to call. London is always slow getting new season scarves grrrrr

I agree I think every cw will be stunning! The prune and the blue/grey are the two for me, with the kaki right behind. I do like the turquoise as well, but I had a spate of buying scarves that had turquoise in them so MUST only buy 2. Can’t wait to see everyone’s mod shots!

My list to SA’s inquiry “which CW” sounded like a NASA countdown....4, 3, 2....only #1 not, as so like my 70 CLF.

Waiting to hear back from customer service, as I sent them an email with screen shots, pics of my scarf etc.
So - just to be clear - the one included here is cw 10!
The description, the order details and the tag on the actual scarf all say the same thing, it’s just that the pics don’t match the scarf.
It’s already too dark for pics by the time I got home, but the pink is a lot brighter than in the pic from h.com.

Ok. So, until my post above may be removed - I apologize - I was wrong.
Their CS replied to my email, and according to them the tags on cw 10 and 15 have been mixed up...On the actual scarves.
Meaning the pic that accompanies the description for cw 10 on site is correct - the scarves that @missmythology and I have received "simply" carry the wrong tags, and are in fact cw 15!
In other words - the info here in the thread was correct from the beginning, the mislabeled scarves is what caused this whole mess...(and maybe my assumptions, based on previous cases of mixed up cws on site!)
No word on when/if/how they plan to fix the problem of customers getting the scarf that is in the pics when ordering.
