I usually do not like to wear animal prints, but this is soo cute and ties so nicely!

Same with tis one: I am not very drawn to horses, but it ties so nicely!

Indeed time consuming. Worse when I am using the mobile phone to do it as currently away from the laptop.

Thank you, your hard work is very much appreciated all over the world!

I have to admit I feel similar to last season: Some nice ones, but I can hardly picture myself in any of the CWs...
Scrolling through the last pages made feel me excited: New things! More new things! My brain likes new things!
The mythical creatures are fascinating, like medieval book illustrations or Hieronymus Bosch paintings, but I feel no desire to wear them, the CWs are, I do not now how to call them, "odd" again. Looking at these reminds me of an interview with Bali Barret some time ago where she talks about "figuring out how to do colour and non-colour at the same time".

But I am sure the current season will find it's fanbase

I thought the same at first but as I scroll through I am finding some very elegant and stunning CW's. Some of the colour combinations do look a little odd but one can never go by the H photos. We all know how you can be blown away in the store by one you thought yucky online.....and the one you drooled over getting for months just looking wrong when tried on (I am thinking Trésors de l'Artiste here for me!). I am loving at least five from the pics dear yodaling has shared....although no way will I buy that many. Still placing my bets on Samourais then I will see. Never liked Washington's Carriage before but this year it has a wow factor. Lettres is very refined. I like Oiseaux but the birds look more like cawing crows to me which puts me off slightly. Gattoni looks very interesting and fun. This season excites me much, much more than last.

Always better to go with your instincts. For 3 seasons I've stuck to my initial reactions and not budged, sometimes in the face of almost universal opposition on the seasonal scarf threads, even adoring in store but something still niggling. There's no point in talking yourself into things. I do have some SS18 on my list but buying is not compulsory and we can enjoy seeing things we can't wear on others.

It seems H is taking notes on trends in colours and shying away from anything traditional/classic atm. How else can we explain so many the pastel ice-cream and sorbet shades? Kind of strange when we know as well as them which cws always sell out first and which have to be made into P H Christmas ornaments/dip-dyed ;) .
