What is this, is the beaded version? Please, please, please show us the back, I’d love to see the finishing of the embroidery and beading. If it is the beaded version, wow, well done you.

Yes- it’s the exceptional piece
It’s 100%silk (not cashmere) with silk embroidery and its a dream - I’ll take close up shots when I get back from my trips, later this week- I had to ship it, the box was too big to travel with
Comes in a giant box -
Lala took a few close ups of the details a few pages back when she saw it at the boutique

Congratulations! It’s a match made in heaven!

(And I sincerely appreciate your taking one for the team on this...)

Haha!
Thank you
Always happy to help [emoji6]
I missed out on the mythical Phoenix exceptional piece a few years ago - this one has a similar vibe - maybe even better- I’ve been waiting for something like this for awhile .....

@litchi, thank you for enabling me! I would love to see more how you wear this scarf, sometime. Do you wear it with bright or neutral outfits? What is your favorite way to tie it?

Thank you @Pautinka. The joy of neutral scarves! I think this one will see a lot of use, especially at work.

Thanks everyone for your likes! (ps - look at me, I finally learned how to use the multi-quote feature  )
Oh, dear, I must confess I live in black, navy, and dark grey suits on weekdays. :amuse: I keep my scarf "knotting" mostly to bias-fold + H scarf ring or bias-fold and tucked under my jacket. I love the silky grey colour of cw60-- it's the star all by itself. I consider it a work scarf, but you just inspired me to wear it casually - maybe with a linen top in cream or light blue?

Congrats on finally mastering the multi-quote feature! :hugs: Never noticed until you admitted to it. ;)

I wear blazers a lot at work and both the looks you mention get frequent outings, especially the "tuck under the jacket" bias. Nice to have just a peep of pattern showing sometimes. I like your casual wear ideas. Was just thinking, maybe with a leather jacket and either a neutral or a bright top? Or with a gray or navy cashmere sweater, would make a good "luxe-neutral" look for work or casual.

Hi what is everyone’s take on the jue de Cartes 90 scarf with the playing cards?

In my opinion, it's a "fun" scarf. I like it well enough, but personally I don't think I'd buy it for myself—mainly because I don't even know how to play cards! I've loved seeing it on others though. I think someone posted the dark blue CW of this design many, many pages back and it made me consider getting it. Still haven't ruled it out completely, but again, as I don't know how to play and I have no interest in learning... just my two cents!

I was on the fence, wasn’t sure if I liked it or hated it...then realized that the Aces were in the corners (love that) and then saw the dark blue cw....which is now mine (posted a picture way back.). That said, I grew up playing cards and love a nice navy and white scarf!
