Hi everyone,
I bought myself a new Silk Scarf two weeks ago, Jeu des Omnibus Remix in pink.
Today I wanted to iron it to get the wrinkles out which are normal when you get a new scarf. I have a really good iron, one of the best and normally all the wrinkles werw gone when I ironed a new scarf, bit this time the wrinkles are not going away.
What should I do?
This is nor normal I think, because with my other silk scarfes I never had this problem. Here you can see a photo.

Let me understand , you are trying to iron out the deliberate folds of the scarf ? ex : where it is folded for storage and shipping ? Or trying to remove random extra wrinkles ? ex : it got folded wrong a few times
I too have successfully ironed out the deliberate folds in the past , interesting problem
Wonder if they changed sizing this season ? Can anyone comment on the hand of the silk for a 2018ss 90 cm ?

Yes I am trying to get out the folds which are from the folding and storaging.

I never had this problem before, but the folds were not gone away after ironing [emoji53] and as I mentioned, I really have one of the best irons
I wanted to ask you all first before I contact my SA and ask him

The scarf is gorgeous but the colours are different to the website, this squiggly line is a definite red on the site photos but is a brown colour IRL, the whole thing is just beautiful.

I'm in love with this design and like you feel drawn to the pale blue.
Although it's a colour I normally avoid ,there's something about this that's totally gorgeous in this particular design.
Also loving the brown/fuschia but it didn't love me back.
