Congrats! I soooo want to love this colorway with hot pink, teal, and coral, but the orange will not love me back. So sad as this is the only colorway that sparked my interest. For me, the Samourai CSGM's color selections are pretty much uninspiring.
Funny, I don't even see much orange. I am not a fan of too much orange on shawls... besides the hem, where is the orange??? Is it outlining a lot of the details and I'm just not seeing it? I must be going blind...

Hi IF! There are a lot of sections outlining in orange contrasted with white, especially the parts around that middle that would frame the face as well as some of the corners. Because I am a dork, I took the pic from H.com and circled the orange parts. As we know H.com stock photos are not the most accurate but the posts from orchard and croisette show that the color is definitely orange-y. And being olive complected, orange is pretty much out. I have maybe tentative hope for possibly cw 3 but not enough to go crazy looking for it.

Oh sheesh.... yea, I'm olive as well and do not like orange around my face especially. Booo hooo hoo. I thought that cw was a winner. Thank you for doing the circles.... it really helped me save some coins for something else! (((hugs)))

Ok so I have a little to add here regarding the blue on blue discussion for the Robe du Soir
I have the Brode 90cm (a cherished holiday gift from DH)
To me the dark blue reads almost black which (for me) IMG_8027.jpgIMG_8026.jpgIMG_8031.jpgIMG_8033.jpgIMG_8030.jpgIMG_8023.jpgis a plus as it works with both blue or black suits
Even without the beading it’s an elegant colorway -
I look a lot of photos just to share
The beading is done in two colors of grey (silver) a dark and light grey IMG_8028.jpg

I haven't seen much of the Jeu de Cartes 90cms. I was interested in this one because my husband loves poker and I thought it would be a fun scarf to where for fun casino nights out but it doesn't seem to be too popular. Has anyone been able to try them on? Any thoughts? I was eyeing the marine/blanc/petrole one.

Guys! It’s not that orange IRL!!! It’s more like a dark gold. I CANNOT WEAR ORANGE AT ALL - my face turns orange!! And I don’t really like orange - and I didn’t really notice it on this shawl [emoji173]️

Dear I agree with @Sickgrl13 Having seen this colourway IRL at 2 different stores, I can say the colours are much more intense and there is predominately Orangey/ Gold and a bright Fuchsia with the dark Teal internal sections. Overall a stunning colourway.

Thank you etoile de mer! In wintertime it is hard to take pictures because of the darkness. And the darkness doesn't make you happy, so it will be only dull and sad pictures. Will be back in summertime! Your post made my day brighter!

Oh, I see, Holsby, that is challenging! I've just sent you a bit of this. :sunshine: Hopefully it will arrive :broom: very soon! ;)

Thank you for the additional enabling pics @BBC. The bright pink is just my cup of tea and if I come across this colorway I would not say no, but be willing to try it on. I do have some orange scarves (not many) but they are brighter and less towards the gold spectrum. The orange CSGM of ELeK is very neon orange and mixed with reds and vert anis. Somehow that works for my skin tone. And the fact that it is ELeK, what is not to love?

I used to always say no to green scarves, but I have been surprised by H before and have found it is a matter of finding a tone and color saturation that works for your style and skin tone. I may be pleasantly surprised again.
