Y'all may remember I bought the Iris pocket sqaure in CW 08 a few weeks ago. Then I could not stop thinking about the pastel one. So despite the fact that I told myself I was going to try to be happy with CW 08 even though deep down I was drawn to the pastel one and took the price tag off, it was no good. I just had to get in the pastel one just in case and see if I was right or wrong about it.

My feeling is they both look fine on me, but the pastel one rivets my attention. (And i think it looks a little better on me too...big surprise....) Now I have to figure out how to solve my dilemma.

Here's some comparison pics for people. Both scarves worn on the same dark and light shirts. What do y'all think? Keeping both is not an option.

I like the pastel because it's so different -- the pale yellow border is interesting as well as the rest of the scarf. Your skin looks lovely with it, too.
I suppose you could wear the 08 with your lovely blue/turquoise and coral Appaloosa gav, but I'm not a big fan of white borders. Maybe it would go with the other scarf, but if you want to wear a single gavroche, IMO the pastel is a winner on you!

LOL! :lol: I can't wait to see CW 08 modeled properly by someone who is in love with it (as it deserves to be!). I should have known when I didn't take it out of the box except to ponder it that I had not made the right choice for me. Whereas, with the pastel I can hardly wait to work through my closet to find all the things it might go with.

Totally agree ABQ! I do think the yellow border is one of the things that makes CW 01 "sing" for me.

Twilly love!!! :heart: It does look like the special ones H released last season.
And I must not look again -- I don't need more twillies! LOL

it's actually my SA who is getting better and better in understanding my preferences and 'safe' colours, he suggested this bandana, i didn't even think of it, and at first, was reluctant, and didn't know how to wear this size/format... but he said - just try... :lol:
