*adding to my wishlist* is it 140 cm silk or silk /cashmere? No intel yet neither on our website nor in the boutiques and obviously I didn't want to show the SA the pics.
if i had to describe it in a few words they would be: grey, greenish yellow, calm and cool.
it has a lot of grey to it, it has green border, it's calm and not YELLOW-INTO-YOUR-FACE pop of colour and i would say it's a cold tone of yellow. Totally not my story. But i reckon if it's YOUR shade, it will look stunning, ykwim? It has to 'click', it's not that type of versatile and 'suit nicely' for everyone, or safe choice for the gift, you definitely need to try it on.
the stock picture is over lit, imo, JQ is much softer blue irl, it's too dark here now, i will take better pics in daylight tomorrow, but we really had hard time with my SA making sure it's the one i wanted - we had to compare the feathers and butterflies to figure out it's the one!!

If I may jump in the conversation, cavalla, the photos by @ksuromax do it justice. The cw 09 is indeed muted. To me, it's that pale. I had thought something in light yellow, absinthe and grey would be a good departure from my dark, saturated shawls -- I was looking forward to this cw! -- but my heart was saying 'maybe,' even if my head was saying 'it's PdS!'

i have not seen other cws of DdS but i suspect they will be the same pale, and this is not what i expect PdS to look like.
i will wait till they re-issue them in different, more vibrant and deep, saturated violet, lime, crimson, blood red, etc colours

Your thoughts and descriptions are truly appreciated. I was hoping a toned down - well balanced by naturel - but true absinthe. I had the absinthe paperoles that Giovanna Battaglia owns in mind. I was hoping that it would be a "slightly" more demure version of it, colorwise. But it seems that "naturel" dominates, which is a color that usually makes me look washed-out. I'll still try it, but probably won't keep high hope of it now.

blue and bordeaux are my 2 safe bays, and yet i try to get them with some 'in person' experience if possible
