ksuromax, this is torture! I just do not want to miss out on another Gattoni after I didn't manage to get his Hippopolis. The new season will only go on sale here in the UK on 02/01 while I'm in France. Won't be back before 07/01 and my usual silk SA is leaving H. [emoji33][emoji33][emoji33]

This is an amazing scarf! I can't get over how long it must have taken the artist to draw this! Truly magnificent and fun all wrapped into one design! I missed the last two done by him, so I may have to jump on this one. The colorway you chose is fabulous. Looks great on you!

i am so happy to feel that i have finally found MY SA, the guy remembered me from the time i purchased Piruette au Galop shawl and he helped me with Grand Prix now, and he is the only one who gave me his contacts and promised to call me once they get more stock ( i am after the Cards and one shawl yet TBD)
Darn it, I had no interest at all in this design until these beautiful pictures, especially the second one. The shadow detail around the cards went straight to my heart, so subtle and precise and calm. For some reason it's making me think of paper-thin ginger cookies on a china plate, on a table set perfectly for teatime. Now I want this scarf. And tea with cookies.
i know!!! i opened it in the store and i knew immediately - I HAVE TO HAVE IT!!!
i just didn't let myself spoil the joy and only quickly threw it on in front of the mirror to make sure it suits me (i knew it would, but still!) and i carefully studied it today in the light of day, slowly, without rush, enjoying every detail on it!!!

The Silk Manager actually gave me her card a while back and told me I could email her if I wanted something specific. I'm just conscious to do that as I'd not sure yet which CW I want and worried that she might get annoyed if I end up finding what I'm after in France and buying it there. The "departing" SA also assured me that she would recommend me to one of her colleagues. Keeping my fingers crossed .
