My 9 year old etoupe 28 Jypsiere has had no transfer issues and still looks brand new. However, I wear it only in spring and summer and never with dark wash denim. HTH!

I have a Gold Jypsiere and I would say Clemence rather than swift, My main reason being that without a back pocket or zip you need to keep undoing it to get in and out and I think a leather like swift would scratch on 1st use (with me at least)
Also its a cross body casual bag and I just personally feel the clemence suits the style of bag better.
Plus I think if its your first Jypsiere go for a neutral colour-then if the style works and you love it later on get another size and different colour or same size different colour.
Mines a 32 in Fijord leather which I believe is a now discontinued leather

I have an orange clemence J28 that I wore constantly for a month after purchasing. No color transfer, but I do wear light-colored denim. I agree that clemence is a much better leather for that bag.
I got mine yesterday in swift. It's nice and less weight and a little bit smaller than the clemence.
I dont think the 34 is too big-I'm 5ft 4 and size US 6
i think its the perfect size for a casual cross body bag.

I got Vert Rousseau on the outside and Curry on the inside.
I love my J28 in blue indigo swift and rose pourpre.
