I ended up ordering two. CW04 and CW05. Will see if I keep both, or return one.

Today I went to my local H store, determined to purchase ZP triangle CW 30 (navy blue) and Paisley Blossom CW 08 (the one @Hélènecarré has posted lovely pictures of), but as usual I came back home with totally different colors. The ZP I purchased is the pink one (that so many of you, stars of the H heaven, already own), and the Paisley Blossom I would never have imagined to pick is CW 04. I love all about it. So this grey November day has turned into a pink one!
I have already bought a cashmere/silk shawl this season (Danse des Amazones). I noticed that the quality of the fabric is lesser than that of the ones I already have. The shawls are thinner and a bit prickly. I had to wash them to make them softer and smoother. Now they're perfect, though : light, soft and warm, if thinner.

I love them both but the rose (which I have seen in boutique) is stunning.

As someone who would never normally wear animal prints I went for the rose background because it just made it more fun. I wear my H scarves for a pop of color and the other CW’s just didn’t do that.

I love wearing my scarfs this way too @Gourmetgal-- buying a lot more fun cws and less safe neutrals lately...

I had the same pull between with the Vert Noir/Gris 07 and the Kaki Fonce (basically all green) 16. The Kaki was practically a neutral on me, something of a no brainer for every day but the Vert Noir was dynamite. I went for the 07.

You look beautiful in both, but live for the now - not a person who you think you will be in the future.

Beautiful advice! I am your twin on the vert noir @papertiger and the minute I put it on my DH said it was his favorite!

Scarf mail. The first of my two colorways of Rendez-Vous Chez Hermes scarf 70 arrived today. It came with an issue of The Daily Knot and a sample of H24 scent. This is CW04 in blanc/rouge/vert/multicolore. DH said it was a blue scarf, and the shade of blue is indeed gorgeous. There is far more orange in the design than red. Overall a colorful scarf.

I read one article in the newspaper to DH, which I found hilarious. He assures me that I will never find him secretly mowing the lawn while wearing a tie.

I couldn’t stop thinking about this one and fomo took over. I love Bingata so much as a design and these sombre earth tones are very unlike my other one even though it’s essentially also orange and grey… it’s like the fall and spring version. I’m in love.

It is gorgeous! Congratulations. I have done the same thing myself when I have truly adored a design-- bought the day/night, fall/spring-- whatever the nomenclature when you love a design and it fits your wardrobe and captures your heart!
