Aaaaaargh I love this so much, what a great combination of colors! This looks great with your mustard shirt. I am so tempted to get one of these gavroches... especially as I have their big sibling hanging in my apartment ;)

Thank you so much. I would love to have the big sister to wear. Congratulations on the lovely artwork in your home.

The terracotta shade is gorgeous.

It is a gorgeous shade indeed.

Thanks for posting this, especially your modelling picture!
I ordered mine yesterday and am now eagerly waiting for the postman!
I like that the different fields of colour give you many alternatives pairing the scarf with your wardrobe.

Sweet music to hear that my humble modelling has persuaded someone to purchase this beauty. I sincerely hope that you like it. I think you are right about the different fields of color. I have decided to remove both tags to make it easier to tie showing the various corners. In particular, I want to tie showing the acajou (mahogany) corner.

Congrats RBH!! this is so pretty on you with the top and the pearls. I am not a gav person but this design is truly special, glad to have a sister colorway with you!

Thank you, Foxy. I'm not really a gav person, either, but there are a couple of tops that could use just a spot of color. And, I adore this design.

New scarf mail with Les Nouveaux Amoureux de Paris bandana in CW02, vermillon/noir/blanc. The Hermes site categorizes this scarf as a shade of red. I consider it to be more orange. Second photo shows Les Nouveaux with a very red Les Leopards bandana and the orange Hermes box. This is a quite a pretty shade of orange-red.

More scarf mail from yesterday. Many thanks to @Foxy trini for the mod shots of what I'll call the gold border for La Serpentine de Pierre Charpin. You gave me the courage to order another colorway of this design, what I call the red border. I love red, and I find the various colors in this little gav an absolute delight.

La Serpentine de Pierre Charpin - 45 in CW08, terracotta/acajou/vert.

I just purchased my first scarf from this season! Men's 100cm cashmere/silk Quatre Chevaux. I'm not sure if I'm going to keep it. I fell for the green hem but seeing it around my neck, the navy background just seems boring and the hem and the other green parts of the scarf are not as brilliant and eye-catching as i'd hoped, somehow. What do y'all think?

Now I’m really tempted to buy one of these and make my own  do you need to secure the scarf in anyway that it doesn’t begin to move down inside the frame?

Mine is stretched around a stiff backing and pinned in place (rendering the scarf unwearable if i decide to take it out of the frame later). I had it professionally framed. I believe there's a thread on framed scarves in the forum that could give you some ideas.

Removing care tags is the right thing to do! I have just recently become brave enough to do that (keeping them in named envelopes for safety!).
The mahogany is such a rich and beautiful colour in this scarf to be enjoyed.
