More scarf mail from yesterday. Many thanks to @Foxy trini for the mod shots of what I'll call the gold border for La Serpentine de Pierre Charpin. You gave me the courage to order another colorway of this design, what I call the red border. I love red, and I find the various colors in this little gav an absolute delight.

I like that the different fields of colour give you many alternatives pairing the scarf with your wardrobe.

I returned GTN because I thought it had too much orange ( as I own a lot scarfs with orange) and exchanged it with a scarf which has … orange! Lol!! But it has this beautiful backside :

Changed to a fun shirt after work to take some quick photos before dinner preparations. Photos1-4 are khaki, 5-8 are camel, and finally side-by-side comparison. I think the camel looks better on me. What do you all think? Btw, I do not plan on wearing this shirt and scarf together. A bit too much. Lol

Such a fun shirt. I for one love the look of the blouse & shirt together. I would wear it for fun for a casual look - with jeans & sneakers for example.
Thanks for posting. I was thinking of buying both these cws (if they ever appear in my Canadian boutique or on the "pitiful" Canadian website) but your photos illustrate IRL that the border colours appear to be quite similar.

I just purchased my first scarf from this season! Men's 100cm cashmere/silk Quatre Chevaux. I'm not sure if I'm going to keep it. I fell for the green hem but seeing it around my neck, the navy background just seems boring and the hem and the other green parts of the scarf are not as brilliant and eye-catching as i'd hoped, somehow. What do y'all think?

It looks beautiful on you! ❤️ - Still, I know what you mean... I saw this modeled here some weeks ago and thought, I would need it but it did not look that special on me... I did not pull the trigger in the end as I have so many blue shawls already...It‘s a gorgeous scarf, though!
