Has anyone gotten the dark faubourg party scarf? I believe it is petrole/lie de vin/kaki? Looking for mod shots! The middle looks like a nice sage green but I can’t tell if that is just the horrible H website photos tricking me.

Speaking of CSGMs, has anyone seen the Paisley Blossom referred to in post 255?My secret?…..CSGMs are my true love….my obsession. You must give one a try!
Do you happen to know what the colours are in the 02 scarf? It’s gorgeous but not on any website that I can see.Silk 90

That would be a dream visit dear LB; and I love that quote from Harry Met Sally!Thank you, lanit! You always pick the most beautiful scarves and shawls. I should accompany you to Hermes sometime and just say, "I'll have what she is having!" Thank YOU for your amazing mod shots. My DH loved everything I got that day, but his favorite is the Bingata. I agree that it is brilliant and will get loads of wear for years to come.![]()
Thanks for sharing these pics and your description. This looks fabulous on you! This would look amazing with a tux? Tails? Something formal. Any way you dress it will be uber cool, for sure!I read through the comments here and realize nobody is that excited about them, but I ordered one of the Froufrou 70 scarves with the ruffled edges. I've been inspired lately by men's fashion from the 17/1800s and thought this might be able to help me play around with some of those elements (frilly neck stuff). I got the Washington's Carriage detail, which was the one I was hoping for the least, but I also know it won't matter once worn. It's quite hard to deal with and fold/tie, but the construction method is very cool...they've used an elastic thread to stitch a three-row pattern of inter-connected circles that makes it scrunch-up and expand quite nicely. The stitches are more noticeable from the back, so 2 of the 3 detail photos are of the reverse side. I don't see myself wearing it a lot, but it's a cool unique piece to play with that very few people will have (maybe for good reason HAHA), so am excited to have it in my collection.
Also...I'm clearly not dressed for it today, but wanted to try it on regardless..tags even still attachedI prefer it tied the second way of the two ways I've tried so far.

Yes I did. Love the colors and they are more vibrant IRL.Did anyone purchase this cutie? I’m not a gav person (lacking in the svelte neck department) but this combo of colors is slaying me. I think I’m slowly converting to the muted side!

This is the one that is at the top of my list to see/try on. I love Paisley and I love Honore. Really hoping to see it here but I don't see it on web sites either...Speaking of CSGMs, has anyone seen the Paisley Blossom referred to in post 255?
I saw it in the store-- at the front of a tray of gavs on the counter and I could not stop going back to it-- very very lovely IRL. Def on my list for when I row off the island...Did anyone purchase this cutie? I’m not a gav person (lacking in the svelte neck department) but this combo of colors is slaying me. I was kind of intrigued for the very same reasons that you posted and I am delighted to see it on you. I concur that it will be a great addition and I absolutely think that you will style it beautifully. Your trench and boots option sounds very Edwardian in fact...I am glad you went for it. Always a good option to have an unusual piece especially in these great classic colors.I read through the comments here and realize nobody is that excited about them, but I ordered one of the Froufrou 70 scarves with the ruffled edges.
