Hello US H shoppers! I did call customer service today and asked about the missing cashmere triangles (Folklore and ZP) and they said they do have them and don't understand what happened on the website but will inform their internet people of the problem. In the meantime, if you are trying to purchase a ZP triangle (or Folklore) you can call in and talk to them. :)

Agree on the multiple CW wins on this one. I unintentionally picked up 10 after falling in love with it IRL at my store. As I mentioned before, GTN was not even on my radar (I had gone to check out both sizes of Bingata). They had 5 of the GTN CWs in store (all but the rose/beige, I think). I went back the very next week and they didn’t have a single one left in stock! This was definitely the sleeper hit of the season, I think.

I‘ve had the Vieux Rose in my cart for over a week….. I’m actually having problems on all my devices even logging onto the site for two days. Not sure what the problem is. I can browse the site in other countries but the US site will not respond at all. I’m beginning to think that my husband secretly disabled my ability to log on to the site. :P

I was overjoyed to have found that in the boutique in blue as well. As for the disappearing triangles, I do not know what to make of the fact that the Folklore design has also disappeared! My SA has ordered the bleu dur that @Bova123 recently acquired as well as the ebene cw. I hope the fact that my order went in over a week ago means I get them... Speaking of the boutique, I was there last Friday and they had more Bingata shawls, but no other new season designs that are not on the web site. They expect more in September so I am not rushing back. Not that I can with nine houseguests, three dogs, a baby and two hurricanes arriving! Just sneaking on for a quick scarf fix and to say thanks for the beautiful pix and congratulations to all my fellow Scarfies!

I've had that happen too. I just wait awhile and open a new browser or move to my iPad. It really is so silly of them and clearly they need to change their programming. Even if I intentionally wait to click on a link I still get the "you have inhuman speed" popup. :rolleyes:
