I just wanted to thank everyone for all of the "likes" and their very kind words about Acte III and Carnaval des Oiseaux. Perhaps, by the next time I post any pictures, I will have mastered some much needed scarf tying skills. Here's hoping.

View attachment 4487941 And then, I could not believe that my SA was able to produce Carnaval des Oiseaux in cw 04 in noir/turquoise/mul for me to see! I could not resist the bright happiness of the colors of the birds and plants, along with the flurry of feathers in this one. I missed out on De La Mer au Ciel, but I did not want to miss out on this one, too.

YES!!! @BBC I was so excited to see it when I asked about it at the store. I couldn't believe they had it there as it had not yet appeared on the US website in black. The second the SA draped it around my neck, I was a goner.

Lovely! This is the one I picked up in Paris last week. Some friends and I had tried it on in NYC but it was reserved for another customer. These colors look great on so many different people! Congrats.

I love the black and white one, and yesterday in the store I asked why it wasn't there in the case along with the others. They shrugged and said there is only so much room in the case, LOL.

Is anyone else as obsessed as I am with the reissue of Jardin sur le Toit gavroche? I've asked everywhere, and finally yesterday at Meatpacking the SA showed me the tiny pix - looks like several different white-based CWs, plus one in all green. He said YES it will have contrast hem. I missed this the first time and they are hard to find at resale. I'm psyched.
