View attachment 4086803 Just had to share my tags that I had hotstamped in Maui

I did bring the tags with me .. I wish I would have had the brown luggage tag stamped with blue instead of gold... I didn’t think of that when I took them in. Oh well, still pretty and great keepsakes of the trip.
Which store did you visit in Maui? My friend will be there soon and I am looking for the foil color you have in this picture that I can't find in my state :)

I actually thought they wouldn't stamp vachetta that got a patina...
I was once in a store and the lady next ro me wanted to get her oldish bag heat stamped and they SA told her it was too much of a risk and they wouldn't do it...
I guess it depends on the store? They did tell me that they wouldn't do a light color on it because they didn't think it would show up well, but that the gold was fine. They inspected it first before agreeing to do it. I think it also helped that the store was not too busy when I went.

Another question for this group - does anyone know if it will work to hotstamp something that's been sprayed with apple garde? I'm eyeing up something pre-loved that I would want to stamp, but she disclosed that it's been treated with apple garde. Is that ok? Will the hotstamp still adhere to the surface (I would use the shiny gold)?

Are there pictures of these? I’ll be in Venice next month, I would love to get the gondola! Should I order a luggage tag to bring with me ahead of time?
I have not seen the gondola so do not know if it is out already or not. You definitely should bring your own tag because it is so hard to get them in most stores/countries from what I read/hear. If you get it, please share a picture!

I was at the LV boutique in Venice last week. Claudia R. (Repair Manager and responsible for hot stamping) told me that the gondola stamp will be available soon ....I hope it will be when you’ll be in my wonderful hometown!!

Please post a picture when you get it! I hope to find someone to help me get this stamp - personal shopper or someone that trades [emoji4]
