How is everyone liking their heart bag? I hope you’re finding it as useful as possible. My SA did an amazing job securing one for me! Too bad she’s several hours flight from me and it’s Easter long weekend here already! I will just have to sit tight and be patient for next week’s delivery!

Hello I hope you are all doing well! I just received my heart bag and noticed some leather strain on the second quilt from the end on both sides. Is anyone else seeing this on your large heart bags?

I think both sizes good to have & can be used for different occasions.

I second this! I got my small gold one yesterday and already told my SA to look out for the black large one for me!

Yes, it appears to be on all of the large heart bags I have seen. I have it on my pink large as well.

Thank you! I wasn’t sure if it was a feature or there was something wrong with my bag because I’ve seen some Instagram pictures where it looked smooth.

Here is a close-up photo of my pink one for your reference. While I certainly noticed the wrinkling, it wasn’t enough to detract from the beauty of the bag IMO.

I ended up with 2 Large White Heart bags. One had wrinkles, while the other did not! Once I wore it out for the day, the wrinkles seemed to loosen up. It looks fine now!

Thank you for the feedback @phxbenzdriver and @PoohBear! I know that Instagram and YouTube can have filters that skew how something looks (I got a little nervous when the heart bags I saw online all had smooth quilts and mine did not), so I really appreciate your real life observations and perspectives. I am definitely planning on keeping my heart bag.

I think it could be somehow due to how the second quilts are right next to where the flap for the CC logo ends. As @PoohBear had observed, I believe the wrinkles will smoothen out with use especially since it’s lambskin. Enjoy your beauty!

My SA just got me a pink heart bag. I really really didn't expect it at all since I reserved one on March 4.

I got a large pink heart bag on April 14. Other SA just offered me the large pink heart bag today, so I think that it's not hard to get since I'm not a VIP AT ALL.
