OK, so not only have a I bought a hat at double full retail last week but my Gucci shopping bag was stolen from a fast-food place today. All my BFs gifts = gone. What did I do? I went home and ordered them all again online and added a pair of gold boots from the sale even before I called the authorities.

I do think I was angry and shocked (I am soooo careful) but I didn't want a little B*st$d to ruin my Christmas

But I think that is a fantastic way to make a bad situation better! Good for you! I LOVE the boots! They are gonna look so fantastic!

I'm so sorry that happened to you! That is horrible! This time of year brings out the best & worst in people. It's on the news people are driving around stealing packages from homes too. Every shipping I track as delivered I pray is still there when I get home. I'm glad you were able to replicate your order online & get yourself a little something - those boots are special!
I am sorry, that awful crook stole your bag and presents. He must have been very quick and knew exactly how to get away. Good for you to re-order the presents and not let him ruin your Christmas. (What comes around... goes around, it will come back to bite him one day.) Your new boots are gorgeous! Enjoy them and your Christmas Holiday's.

I guess I'm an addict and spend a lot of time looking at Gucci. As I was planning my outfit today, I said to myself I'll wear my black disco. Then I realized, wait I dont have a black disco. I just lust after everyone else's. Sigh.
I'm not sure if my addiction is limited to just Gucci though I certainly have more Gucci bags than any other designer.
Last month I went Chloe crazy. This month I can't keep my eyes off Mulberry.
Of course I'm supposed to be on ban island away from them all.
I have to make a quick run to NYC tomorrow which means I'll drop by the Gucci outlet in Secaucus.
If they have the last bag to my luggage set I'll probably get it.
Or if they have a nice red bag....

Ha! I haven't been to secaucus in years but was just thinking I'd like to take a ride there soon. I sold off a cute bag I once purchased there and now regret selling.
Yes I'm mostly Gucci but lately I've been eyeing some Hermes bags. Big problem.

I think there is a bit of a weird seasonal fever around this time of year. We should all be extra vigilant. I couldn't get most things again TBH but I did my best.

I used to think that way, but actually great seasons don't last forever and sometimes if you really love something it's better to buy something you really love. Chloe is hot again ATM it's true. I'm still using my Chloe bags from 8 years ago, they have that perpetual 1970s chic vibe about them.
I am so sorry to hear this happened to you. I am sure the bad karma attached to those stolen items will bring no joy to the recipients. Honestly, last night I din't even want to tell anyone what happened because I felt so much a fool as well as angry with myself. Everyone who has commented here has made me feel so much better. Hugs to everyone XXXX
