My experience is only with Negonda, however, from what I have read here in the forum the Country cowhide holds its shape much better. Negonda is strong and behaves well in the rain, mine kept its shape but I was very careful. Hope you find the exact bag you want and please post a picture when you get it. Good luck!

I think you should get the etoupe if that is what you want! If you still have your heart set on black, I would wait it out and not settle. I think there are plenty of black GPs on the resale market, so I would look there if you do not want to wait to buy one from a boutique.

Hello! I purchased a pre-loved GP 30 in Epsom. Are there any downsides to this leather other than the fact that it can scratch easily? I do like the fact that this bag won’t slouch as much.

My biggest worry is about how this leather will do in the rain.

I have a few Evelynes, but they are all Clemence.

I had never seen a GP in person before, but I quite like it.

It doesn't scratch easily. The only drawback is if it scratches or there're corner rubs it's harder to refurbish.

Has anyone seen lately either online or on any store a GP 36 black in Vache Country??? I have read this thread completely and it seems to only be available in Negonda as for a couple of years. Does anyone own one? If so when and where did you buy it? I am desperately looking for one but it does not seem to be a realistic option.
I am also noticing that a color is only available in one particular type of leather, it doesn’t seem possible to find a color in two leather options.
Can anyone confirm or correct me if I am wrong???

Have you talked to a SA at a store? If they don't have one in stock they might be able to check nationwide stock and transfer one in for you.

If you want vache country, you have to ask your SA. There were two available in the country when I looked for the exact one in 30 for my aunt last year. Your SA can either do charge-send or transfer for you. I don’t think they usually come up online.

I can't communicate strongly enough the WOW that is that bag.

I adore a neutral GP but in a funny way I prefer the bright GPs than their equivalent in Birkins, I'm guessing I prefer the minimalist, no-hw look with a pop.
