Yup. Also called “slink”. Can refer to different kinds of animals, leather or fur, but same theme. Premature or unborn.

Yeah... I'm not vegan and not particularly maternal, but why would someone do that?? Isn't regular leather good enough? I get that the animals themselves probably wouldn't care all that much when exactly they're killed, but this is just unnecessary.
