cavalla, you have got a very interesting top that I like!
The Ndop looks good the way you wear it. Thank you for showing us! It is always very helpful to see members trying different scarves in the shop.

It's interesting that the colors on the tag are Vert Amande, marron, and mauve. Except for Vert Amande, the other 2 don't really seem to be the predominant colors when I look at the scarf. I want to collect some vert amande this season. H always focus on a few colors each season and does a wonderful job and the options for vert amande are abundant now. I'm going to seize the chance and add some to my collection.

I usually buy 90's or 70's (my favorite- shame they are discontinuing).

I have recently purchased a bandana.

Eh. In my opinion, gavroche are wearable but I have to be in the mood for all the silk to be pretty much right on or by my neck. I don't like them during the summer. 70s are my absolute favorite format so I'm heartbroken about them going away.

@Joannadyne, it's definitely not like any of the other scarves in my tiny collection. It's very modern! I guess I fulfilled my quota for both seasons this year (one scarf only). Now to look forward to the silk/cashmere Samourais for Spring 2018!

I LOVE the one in white. I picked it up in San Francisco. I find pictures do not do it justice - it seems "louder" than how it wears in real life

Just saw this 140cm Pegase au bloc. You're right, it's gorgeous! Not bright at all but a wearable summer-y cw. Super sweet!

I made my first purchase of the new season today with an Apaloosa gavroche, cw 3





It's a gift for a dear friend. She wanted something to cover her neck. We have tried twillies together a few days ago in London. She liked a yellow and gray one (did not note the design and I did not remember it well).
Back in Paris, the twillies selection at FSH was very poor. I asked for the Brides de Gala love and there was none left. I had to ask for them in London too, they seem not to be displayed with the others.
So I picked up a gavroche thinking it will be easy to play with around the neck. I hesitated with the orange cw (11) but thought this one with black and white area would be more classic.
I have a look on these beauties too (cw 01 and 09)


I love the blues but went for the Apaloosa for a more classic style.
There is a small exhibition of the new jewellery collection, chaîne d'ancre punk, with some interesting design of the chaîne d'ancre being transformed as a safety pin.

Hope my friend will love the gavroche, but I'm prepared to adopt it if she does not!
