This is just lovely. It really is quite different for you isn't it? I love it when Sam chooses something for me on his own, two out of three times it's been something I'd have never chosen for myself and I LOVE THEM! This suits you beautifully, truly it does. Go Mr. Bova!! We are lucky ducks.

Thank you so much pirula, and yes the 90 Mr. Bova got is very different from what I would pick, but I do love that it is so totally different from most of my modest collection. We are lucky gals indeed!

joanna - you do need to find the Savanna in this colorway. It is super on you.

I am not sure if this has appeared in live photo yet. I asked our store to reserve this for me when it was available, and timing was perfect for DH to go by and look for an Xmas gift. Mumbai men's fringe - wearing it today as it is pouring down rain outside. It resembles the weight of a Challis, light, yet warm.

Dear Scarfies.. finally I was able to get my hands on this 140 Carree Geant witch was one of the latest ones to hit the stores.... it was a loooong wait, but nothing we are not used to with H...

This next CW i remember seeing very early on in the "moving Pictures" of some press event, but It was not available (at least in my country) until very late....

I was having so much fun with this CW that I had to go get its older but much smaller brother from a few seasons back out of the closet...
the colors on the tags are the same on both scarfs, but as you can see they are not identical...
The stripes on the 70 are marine while on the 140 they are black
The blue ton inside the circles is much brighter on the 70
Only the "Ciel" seems to be same on both scarfs... Since the order and the colors on both tags are the same, I can only think, that there really is NO real system to the order of the colors on Tags... lol

Thank you so much for your kind words, Pirula, Croisette and Bova!!! - I am sure that I will survive Ban Island as there are quite a few recent treasures (which are also the reason for my prolonged stay on the island...) which will keep me company and will help me to enjoy the stay!

Hi Lanit -- This is so beautiful and just lovely on you! I had my eye on it at the beginning of the season and then promptly forgot about it until I saw your wonderful pic. Could you share the cw with me? I'd love to try to track it down. I don't think my boutique ordered a single one!

How funny to supposedly have the same tag colors. Doesn't matter to me since both are so beautiful. Congrats on the sibling scarves! Maybe H recycles the cw or perhaps rather renew the cw again with a different perspective. The younger brother looks just as handsome as its older brother.

Ohhh, I think that cw of Versailles would look splendid on you, bova! It's so beautifully loud in the best way! I've gotten many compliments from strangers while wearing it.

One scarf I really regret not getting is your cw of Savannah Dance. I was able to try it on in Europe but didn't get it because I had already gotten Versailles. When I tried on savannah dance, even the SA looked surprised to see how nice it looked on me, lol! She had been rather disinterested until that point. I had H do a search just last week because there was much weeping and gnashing of teeth on my part but they said it's not available in the entire country anymore. [emoji31] [emoji27][emoji24]

So I console myself with my souvenir shot:

I will definitely check this out in the store, HNN, thank you so much for suggesting it! I only fear that I can't really wear gavroches. Let's just say no lover has ever described my neck as "swanlike" haha. [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

I can never be suspected of "swan-like neck" either! But gavroches can encircle my "sturdy peasant type neck" by tying each corner of the triangle to a Mors Ring. Never say never!
