YAY! I'm SO glad you decided to keep at least one of them. I love this design in this colorway. So elegant but modern at the same time.

Both match your tweed jacket perfectly. This CW of "Boucles" looks like it was made for this jacket! But, IMO, "Paperoles" is a more sophisticated match. I also find it more elegant, it raises the whole ensemble to another level.

I could not agree more with Pegase's comment. Paperoles is more elegant and adds more charm to the ensemble compared to Boucles.

I actually had the time today to research Austrian skiwear manufacturers - I have a jacket and pants by Sportalm too - and I was thinking WTH??? I see a bright pink jacket, fun designs, all the same things I'm seeing here. So indeed I AM buying the turquoise. Very fortunately there is a local shop here which is part of a family of stores around the country and they carry Bogner, so my favorite SA (who used to manage the local H) is bringing it in for me. Can't wait to rock it with white ski pants and fur boots and my blue Kachinas cashmere GM! [emoji92][emoji92][emoji92]

OMG this is going to be an amazing outfit. Please please please post pictures. I am always dreaming of white ski pants, but they make me look like an enormous marshmellow, so black for me. I am happy that you are going to buy the jacket it is so pretty!

Our store is like the fair haired step child or something. Lately we are the last to receive things. I think they are as frustrated as we are and they are overwhelmed with people like us asking for specific things that they can't get. They seem to be really trying. I got to know them a lot better lately- mostly because I went to the ready to wear trunk show and it was quiet so I had time. They really are trying to keep us all happy. And after hearing in other threads about the games that some stores and SAs play I appreciate them even more. They will be the first to tell you to grab what you can where you can as far as the silks. And they wont hold it against you if you do. It's becoming more and more difficult to find things.

Happy to enable pbp! And I know you are right regarding our store, as I have always been encouraged to "grab when I see", whether that means online or at another boutique when traveling. Enjoy your Boucles, I hope you love them both!!

OMG, you are SOOOO right!!! Lots of brights! What are those SAs talking about???

The white pants are the only solid-color ski pants in the warm style Bogner is offering that will go (the others are are gold and they're the stretchy kind of ski pant, not warm enough).

And besides Kachinas, this will go with my usual ski scarf, which is Dans les Branches de l'Ombu in blue and white.
