Excited to be twins with Bova123! This design was not on my radar but IRL and in this cw, I was hooked! View attachment 3499157

I thought I had enough of Dallet after buying 2 Pantheras, 4 twillies, two books last season and some porcelain...This season I felt there are two many cats for me to handle in that CSGM, way too many cat heads, but...going through mid-season decisions I find myself craiving for that grey antracite cw15. Hope I can try it on in Paris! Originally I was looking forward to the Mors (hope to see some cws in the store) and somehow every season I end up with something else. I only act like this when it comes to H shawls, with everything else I have a firm mind. Really confusing.

Totally with you, dear Serva! In general - and in regard to "too many cats". Was quite sure about it but the more I see of them, the more I like them... - At some point of time during each season I always mention to my DH "that's it now!" and I really wonder why he never believes this... - Good luck deciding!!

I don't know what is going on with me lately, but I keep being drawn to CW's that are a bit out of my usual comfort zone. I have been so enamored of everyone's Tigre in the black/turquoise CW, but didn't think it could work on me with the "clay" background color. I tried it on in the boutique today, and the SA and I both liked it so much. It has a bit of a formal feel to it I believe, but hopefully I can tone that aspect down when needed. Now of course I am in my usual second guessing mode, so here we go, a quick modeling shot to get my lovely tPF friend's opinions! Thank you for letting me share/deliberate with you all!

This cw is spectacular on you. Don't even think of exchanging it. Yes it is conservative and elegant, but then it has that glorious orange tiger peeping out for diversion. I love it.

I really love this on you and this cw is haaaauuunting me! I told myself not to buy any more silks, since I have many sitting unworn in the closet. But this one would work great with my wardrobe.....
I also saw a Cheval Phoenix giant silk in a summery cw which I also really liked. Tigre Royal would work better with my wardrobe and bags though.
Ay....this thread is fun but so dangerous! I am still trying to be good (and I don't even want to think about all the nice cashmere GM shawls from this season) so I decided that I won't buy the Tigre yet.
If I still keep thinking about it over a few weeks, I will escape from Ban Island to get one ,

Thanks so much chanel...I have to say that I have two other 140cm silks that I rarely wear, but somehow this Tigre I want to grab every day since I got it. It is even better IRl, so you may have to give it a try when your ship sets sail from Ban Island!

Dearest Bova, this looks so fantastic on you! It really is so gorgeous and all of you ladies are tempting me to the max!!

I have been able to stay away from this one by telling myself I have too many "cats".

After seeing your modeling shot, I'm now "white knuckling" that decision [emoji51]. In order to re-convince myself (repeat mantra: "too many cats"), I put all of my cat scarves into a collage.

Well sh**, that really isn't very many now is it?? I suppose it could be considered a lot, but when one has 23 Hermes scarves (I'm not counting other "brands" or twillys bc "twillys don't count"), then 4 isn't THAT many. [emoji849][emoji15]

Ok, now I'm going to have to figure out a new way to say no. The new mantra will have to be "too many scarves"! [emoji30][emoji22]

I agree. The store lighting in Madison on the main floor is terrible. I will try to take an accurate photo in natural light tomorrow.

For those that own or have seen the light grey C'est la Fete CSGM from the men's collection, the Dallet CW 15 is a darker grey background. It's stunning.

I am having the hardest time deciding between exactly these two CSGMs! Thought the light grey CLF was a winner but the Dallet 15 is incredible. Since I don't own a single cat scarf, this may win. Not sure if there's enough reason to have two new greys, did you do both?

If you know just a little about me you may know I am a CSGM fan! I find them so easy to wear and drape! After going a little nuts for the past 2 seasons I decided to show a little restrain and patiently (and no patience is NOT one of my virtues [emoji12]) wait for all CWs (well most of them anyway!) before making my final choices... Have promised myself no more than 1-2 shawls per season! I want to be able to wear my shawls not hoard them so need to have a manageable number... Well to cut a long story short... After waiting and watching and contemplating I finally decided on this CW of Zenobie that I absolutely loved on sight at the start of the season but still didn't buy because I wanted to see if I would be just as much in love with it as time went past...and it did so here I am with my first shawl of the season!!! I did get both, which is probably nuts, but I love grey a lot so I think I'll get a lot of use out of both.

Thank you, "Now you've gone and done it!" Oh well, maybe I will have to keep both as I see quite a difference between the c/ws, and do love both! I will decide when I go in to the boutique...
