Beekmanhill and Orchard, thanks for your responses on my question regarding the Chasse en Inde. Maybe it is the dying - at least I know I'm not nuts in feeling there was a difference! I do like it so will keep it. I know the Chasse en Inde has been issued before as a shawl but this is my first one, and love the pink.

Could you post a pic of your pink Chasse.

Both my Chasse en Inde and Dallet are thinner and less fluffy / warm than last season's shawls, but I still love them. It was reported in earlier discussions it isn't the dye, it all depends on the goats' food, the climatic conditions, etc., so there are seasonal variations in the texture.

I went in there today too! Tried this on as I love the color but just didn't work on me. They said they received 20 yesterday & only had 4 left at 11am so they expected to sell all of them today!

I agree. The store lighting in Madison on the main floor is terrible. I will try to take an accurate photo in natural light tomorrow.

For those that own or have seen the light grey C'est la Fete CSGM from the men's collection, the Dallet CW 15 is a darker grey background. It's stunning.
