[emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23] no, no I must be good. [emoji48]

Don't worry. It's all of us. I think they are used to us. If they are going to create and foster the addiction they are just going to have to tolerate our obsessive behavior. [emoji23]
Speaking of which...I was in "our store" today and the FW selection is still dismal!! Still no C'est la Fete in either gavroche or CSGM :annoyed:
They did have 2 c/w of Grrrr though and it truly does tie WONDERFULLY! It took all my strength to control myself...I have other commitments that have come up so I must be good...no large formats for me this time. In fact it may just be a 1 [or 2] gavroche season for me [and a bandana which Boston also had NONE of yet]; the Balade en Berline gav was TDF...it was not really on my radar but I tried it on and it looks wonderful from every angle so I may "have" to get it along with CLF.
Also, Mumbai was on display and I tried that too....GORGEOUS but that fringe still worries me.

Bjs, I am on the opposite end of the spectrum ~ I am all about large formats these days. SInce I have "discovered" Mai Tai's GMs scarf rings, it makes them so much easier to wear.

Hi BJS, which cw of Balade de Berline was attractive to you? I'm very tempted by the all-blues one but I'm really trying to emulate the discipline of everyone here. :amuse:

Another Mumbai- CW 04 Fuchsia/ Jaune Moutarde/ Vert Fonce.
This is a cheerful Colorway, but I don't think I can pull it off.
Here it is in a bias, and next to CW 10.

Thank you for the pictures; I have a similar dilemma - I know I can live with and love the powder blue/denim one and I really, really like the fuchsia and turquoise but I just know I would always be fussing at and trying to hide those splodges of egg-yolk yellow. I need to see a few more to make a final decision but this is the design I like the most from this season ( apart from CMSC Mors a la Conetable which I am trying not to break the bank with).

I know this is the wrong thread but I just wanted to share that Marche du Zambeze will come in CSGM for SS2017. I couldn't be more exited!!

Oh interesting. Thanks for the info.

I don't know. The border on Zambeze is the most attractive aspect to me so I think I prefer it as a 90 silk. I tend to not tie my cashmeres in ways that highlight the borders. I felt the same about Sieste au Paradis. I preferred the 90.

You're right. I ordered la sieste because I adore les calanques but in CSGM the CS is absorbing the colour a lot, but still the CSGM la sieste is very useful all year round even if the silks are more beautiful because they are shiny and crisp. This might be the same for la marche de Zambèze.
In the Dallet the CSGM is perfect as the design is following exactly the thread of the weave.

I was there this week as well BJS, and agree, not much to choose from at all! However, I totally agree with you about Grrrr....I just quickly tried on the dark blue on display, and it ties like a dream, plus i'm a sucker for polka dots, and when tying they pop on this design. I wish I had looked at the gavroches... Balade en Berline sounds like it is worth a closer look

Thank you for the update. A least I dot feel like I'm missing anything. I won't be going back until September. I suspect there will be nothing new during August while the factories in France are closed. [emoji17]
