I'm all for giving honest opinions about forthcoming designs,: love. hate , indifference, amusement .
That's why the thread is interesting , throw some spice into the mix ! It's meant to be ighthearted , no?
At the end of the day we're only talking about scarves …….

Hermes Nuttynut, I'm going through cataract surgery, and I can't tell you how valuable your posting of pictures is to me. My reading is rather limited at this point, and your summary posts with all the cw's are invaluable. Thanks for your time and effort.

I do so agree with FrouFrou. Can't understand the need to take offense at other people's opinions. Or the need to let them know that one so easily takes offence. And in this case it wasn't even an opinion, merely a humorous connotation!

Furthermore, we need to allways bear in mind that terms and expressions have different meaning and valour in British and American English. Not to mention how easy it may be to misunderstand those of us who struggle to express ourselves in English when it is our second or third language!

We have an expression in Norway: "Ta alt i beste mening". Poorly translated it is an imperative expression saying "Assume the best intentions".

Where was the huge discussion about mean girls in Chat? I recall talking about the "like" function on tpf and other social media sites, but no mention of this thread or anyone in particular. Maybe I'm going senile and missed all the drama...

Hope you don't stop posting photos, HNN! Obviously a lot of people appreciate and rely on your efforts.

I, on the other hand, am trying to avoid this thread like the plague because last season wreaked havoc on my poor wallet! I'm trying to stick to just one cw of the Dallet 90cm, and that's IT!
