Perfect timing! I am so happy to see the love for Collections Imperiales here. It is truly fabulous. I think it is my favorite design of the season and will definitely allow for multiples in my collection. I think it is one of those types of scarves that you must see in person. I was mesmerized when my SA first brought it out. The gold outlines are amazing! Reallly, really amazing!! CW13 is so different for me, but it was love at first sight:smile1:! Sorry for the terrible knotting, just wanted to try and give an idea as to what the scarf looks like tied.

Oh gosh Vitamina H, this one caught my eye too and seeing it on it is really beautiful!

:woohoo:

I looove this CW! Yes, this is very similar to my 140  Congrats!

Thank you, dear! I thought it was similar! Yay!:smile1:

But you can understand the confusion about L'Arbre du Vent' as the name contains elements from two recent popular scarves and if you look at the design the roundels and the swirly tentacles do resemble some of the design elements of 'Peuple du Vent.' It's not a scarf that screams 'Mexico'! At least not to me but then I'm an ocean away and no expert. No new scarves on the European, Australian or Japanese websites yet - just USA - Hermes must think the Americans are more likely to treat themselves on the run up to the 4th of July!

The 'Collections Imperiales' are far more impressive that I thought they would be but the internet does not show how the outlines of the finer points of the design are picked out ( at least in the dark green and brick colours that I saw a few days ago) in metalic ink . I am preparing for an expensive season.!

Les Tambours, I totally agree on the Collections Imperiales being so much more impressive in person. I can't capture the fine gold outline with my phone camera. That is the part that I really love the most too. I feel as though I am wearing a piece of Hermes porcelain..but in a good way!

Oh thanks for the tip! Sadly I think I'll be without internet today.

Vitamina, love your tyger too.

Thank you, dear PbP!

Gorgeous, just gorgeous!

Thank you so much, Pirula! It so exciting to see the US site showing so many cws and designs now! This is super helpful. :yahoo:I like most all of the Collections Imperiales cws...I don't know if that is good or bad!

Congrats, my dear! It is stunning on you!

Oh dear. I think I'm smitten with several cws of the Collection Imperiales! I'm looking forward to seeing them IRL...

Another fan of this design here! This design is SO difficult to photograph. I saw it in the drawer at Manhasset and the gold outlines just popped out at me...the SA was excited to show them out, really old-school Hermés where she just opened the whole thing up and laid it down in one move, scarf after scarf on top of each other. So much fun!

Please note the scarves in THIS design are CRISP. You longtime collectors know what I'm talking about....remember years ago when we had seasons where some scarves were really stiff? Yes, this design, the SA and I were discussing, definitely not a drapey scarf, probably due to the gold. But AHHHH its SO worth it for this incredible design! The plum cw was calling me, but between the Tyger and Cavalleria GMs tugging at my heart I am in trouble!

Ok, what's up with the Chasse? That does not look like the regular Chasse design; is it a remix? Very intriguing.

I can't remember if the 90 cm Tyger Tyger in cw05 Ardois/Turquoise/Brique has been posted yet. I think I have the little sister to Rainneday's CSGM! I tried GreenGoddess's gorgeous cw~pink with lavender tyger~ and it is so, so pretty! :smile1:

:hugs: love, love love both on you! Collections Imperiales in your cw reminds me of Jingdezhen (景徳鎮) porcelains. I totally agree with your opinion that the design is worth going multiples. And your Tyger Tyger! The colors are just fabulous on you!! I just love how the flowers Pop and stand out in the darkness! Major congrats my dear!

OH
MY
GOD!

Vitamina, dear, why must you do this to me? I thought I was all set with what I desire for fall and now you post this beauty!! I really like this design in the c/w you bought; it reminds me of some cloisonne plates I bought in China several years ago. Those colors and those details!! LOVELY.

Maybe this will end up being the "sleeper" design of the season? The one no one thought much about until they saw it in person.

Jeez.

And now, unexpectedly, I think I've fallen for not one but two maxi twillys. The Bouquets Sellier in the gray/red/orange and Le Cles in orange/pink. Would have to choose between the two.

But nothing is happening until after Tyger Tyger.

And one more, dear! Lovely with your turquoise top!

Thank you, my dear! :hugs:

Beautiful scarf! Congratulations! This one is on my wish list. :smile1:

CBL, thank you! I can 100% see this on you. These are your colors for sure! I am so happy with the orangy/red border. It is a tone that I can wear!

Hermesaddictt, thank you so much! I think it is so exciting to see more and more pictures and website pictures to help make our decisions. It makes me so nervous to start purchasing before I am sure of all the cws...my impatience is how I usually end up with multiples every season!

Thank you, dear CB! :hugs:I had the same feeling of it reminding me of porcelain. It is one of those designs that looks so different in each cw. I tried another cw and my DH couldn't believe they were the same design! I sent you a pm, dear. I had lots to share with you!
