As promised a bit more on 90 silks seen in SF today.
1. They had about 6-7 tyger CWs, mostly very dark CWs
2. Really like the Sieste au paradis design, but SF only had 2 CWs- the one shown below, and the one with a lot of yellow, gold and grey, black.
3. Les confessions - a fun whimsical scarf. again I only saw 2 cWs. The one pictured below with lavande background (sort of periwinkle blue-lavendar color), and one with a light pink background.
4. Hippopolis - I think this is first pic of this design. Really interesting design. This CW was sort of a monochromatic look that actually looked great with the purple top and black cardigan I was wearing. The other CW in stock was more multi-colored but had a lot of yellow, so did not look good on me.
5. They had a few CWs of Paddock, none I liked as well as the one with the pale background someone showed earlier.

Went to SF today - spent about 40 minutes looking at various new 90 silks, and narrowed it down to these 3 (first pic). Didn't buy any of these, YET. More on these on the next post.

Decided to think it over during lunch, and just happened to mention Cavaliers du Caucase as we were about to leave… I thought all the CSGMs were on display, so didn't think to ask… but SA said, oh I have 2 CWs.. and when she pulled out the second one, I said OH YES! That was the CW I might have gotten in 90 silk, if I had seen it earlier. (I have the one with tabac border)
Tried it on, and within seconds said, YES I'll take it!
Now proud owner of my first CSGM. Should be perfect for travel with these colors (croisette, I know you say always travel with one!)

OMG my heart just fluttered! CdC will be a multiple for me for sure! This cw is absolutely stunning!!!! You made a splendid first CSGM choice dear!

Congratulations on your first CSGM, scarf1! I agree strongly with croisette... ALWAYS travel with a GM! It's a coat, a pillow, a blankie... oh, and it's a great outfit-maker, too!:giggles:

Fall 2015 arrivals in Denver! Just got Sieste in blue/coral cw. Tried few Zenobies, Tygre in twill and Tygre CSGM. Tygre in twill was similar to my Flamingo Party cw 25 (navy, fuchsia, yellow florals etc), and when tied both Twill and CSGM resembled a cross between Zebra Pegasus and Flamingo Party (probably just the way I Tied it, with stripes and/ or fronds showing). CSGM may feel slightly softer to touch, but the difference is barely noticeable. oh, and they have a CdC CSGM in gold and white (stunning!). No price decrease yet.... will wait to see more stock and hoping for the price drop!

Thanks for the info!
Dying to see this cw of CdC opened out!!!!!
