Meg, can't wait to read your thread. What a little sanctuary. I didn't build my closet, but I bought my house for the closet and separate hers bath and it has many similarities to yours including the chihuahua. I love your collection. I would just be so sad if I didn't have time to wear everything in my closet. I need to set a limit of maybe 4-5 scarves per season or I'll be overwhelmed.

My SA showed me this scarf in a scarlet red (orangey red) with a pink or orange (I think) contrasting border. Sorry I didn't get the colour way as I didn't buy it. The design didn't work for me but the colour was just beautiful - may suit those that like scarves in the red colour family.
My SA also showed me the red, purple, and blue (I forgot what shade of blue it was but it was one that I would not choose for myself). I was debating between purple and baby pink and I ended up picking the pink as it can match more with my outfits.

I tried on several of these Zenobie Reine de Palmyre at Madison Ave - the dark green one is surprisingly beautiful and flattering on. Most of the other CWs have very high contrast between the center of the scarf and the colors at the border, which I thought was a bit jarring and too much. It's particularly the case for the ones with the dark blue center - border is either bright turquoise and bright purple, or bright green and red. I wanted to see a full list of CWs but the SA said that the book hadn't arrived yet. It's the new Faivre, so of course it's on my must see/buy list!
I also saw a few CWs of Paddock - the beige with the pink hem that Les Tambours mentioned, a very chic black and white, and two brights - pink and orange
Hippopolis was in a pale seafoam green - the color did nothing for me, but the design is very cool and intricate
There were some Tyger Tyger and Confessions CW, but I wasn't interested in either design, so didn't really see the scarves
I tried on CW01 of the Cavaliers du Caucase GM - aubergine/canard/mordore. It's a lovely winter shawl, lots of dark green. My favorite CW of this GM, so far, but I'd like to see CW 13 IRL.

Thanks sophieg!! Yes the cw is very soft looking! SA showed me a similar cw in 90 silk...it was a lot brighter and I don't like it at all.
