Can't wait to see these. Thanks for the update! Very curious as to why they are changing the blend of silk and cashmere. Does anyone have the inside scoop? They will be definitely be more expensive with more cashmere. I also wonder if the weight and feel of the shawl will change noticeably.
Actually, I don't believe they're increasing the prices for Fall. That doesn't mean that they won't give them a new price in January but my store manager felt confident that the price would hold for this delivery.
Nothing new yet in the Mid Atlantic, thinking it will be around July but I got a peek at the scarf book and some of the new colors sound intriguing.
For everyone that loves the neutrals like the BW Zebra, BW Brandenbourgs etc it looks like all the CSGMs have a strong neutral option coming in each print.
There is a printed leather Maxi Twilly coming that sounds divine!

Asked my SA last week why H changed the cashmere/silk ratio and she said so that the CSGMs will have a slightly heavier feel and a better "hand".
There could be additional reasons but that is what my SA stated to me.
Feel free to chime in with additional information, am totally curious about this too.

I forget though... is the first color the main color???? Can someone refresh my memory on the order of the colors??? The last color is the border???

Are you tempted by any particular design?
H corporate is definitely aware of the quality issues with CSGMs. It sounds like they are beefing up cashmere to try to address some of that. older CSGMs are definitely thicker and I hope this will help with that. To my eye, the thinner nature of the CSGMs really show in the light/white/cream backgrounds. I am dying for a couple of the black/whites coming out - this couldn't come at a better time!
kate, totally agree with you about the fragility of the CSGMs and have held off buying any new designs during the past two seasons ~ gasp. Am hoping that the increase in cashmere is a good sign from H and that they will be slightly more durable.
Definitely have my name down for Tyger Tyger in the LAVANDE/ORANGE/NOIR 05 CW and if the weight looks good, will probably buy the neutral NOIR/BLANC/GRIS 15 CW too. I fear there may be a stampede to the store for this design!
