I think the light going through the bottom seam is normal. That is exactly my keypouch. And that made in France!

I think you helped me “see the light” and will return the monogram key pouch. Hopefully the graphite one waiting at the store for me was well manufactured.
I wish there more colors where available in Mahina keypouch. It so far my favorite.
My second key pouch (I lost my first one), just bought recently. I had heard how hard they were to come by. As soon as one popped up on LV.com, I clicked to buy.

Hello, I recently bought the damier graphite key pouch. The canvas on the pouch is much more pliable than my damier azur key pouch from 2014, which is much more rigid. Is this a recent change in all key pouches, or is this specific to the damier graphite key pouch? Thanks for your input!
I find all canvas products, SLG or handbags, are made with thinner canvas based on my personal observation comparing my recent purchases to my vintage pieces.
One of the best SLG there is!! I like to match the bag I'm using. The DE was my first store purchase.

Update: I ended keeping all three - DA, graphite and monogram. I feel the canvas is about the same across the three prints. surprisingly, I don’t feel compelled to nab a DE print.
I don’t like how my car fob contours the shape of the key pouch. I use the key pouches as a wallet in small purses - more compact than the Rosalie, business cardholder and the ZCP. I just started carrying a house key, in case my door keypad acts up, so I will place the key in the pouch.
I am thinking of the Aerogram key pouch! In orange! But, do you guys know if the hardware will scratch? Would hate to have it scratch especially the logo! Thank you : )
