I haven’t changed the strap but I like having the option to remove it.

Also, it seems like you have a lot of bags belonging in the continuum from cream to black bags, which i think the yellow would belong to, but only one pink bag.
So if you are a pink person, then I vote for dragon fruit. It's amazing in person!!!
But I would vote for yellow if you're more of a yellow person. I think either way, you can't go wrong.
The strap is actually the perfect length for me, so I don't mind it at all, but it definitely would be better if it were adjustable.

I brought my DE with me to overseas trips and it has been soaked in the rain with water seeping at the smooth bottom leather..but it dried out so well and now I cannot tell where the watermark was.

I don't have the yellow, and I'm really jelly!And it's good to know that I can soak my bags in water and nothing will happen!
I had mine adjusted shorter (they cut off around 10cm or 12cm.. I forgot which exactly) but I still didn't like using it cos it's stiff. I use the strap from my Boulogne
I like it as long shoulder but I use also my speedy strap
I had the same issues and I have tons of different straps from other LV purses. What worked for me was the adjustable strap on the big monogram double zip pochette. But the strap was getting beat up so I bought a nonLV strap from dressupyourpurse from Etsy.
Thank you ladies! I don’t have any other DE bag sadly, so cannot use another LV strap that I already own. I was thinking about ordering an Eva strap from the store, but not sure they will let me order it as I don’t own an Eva..
When I started my collection I used straps from amazon. I still do. I bought a thin ebene and a keepall ebene strap and they match perfect.
Thank you so much for the input, hun..I initially wanted the dragon fruit because you’re right, most of my bags are in the neutral to brown color range with yellow undertone. I went to the store and tried both colors and the yellow just spoke to me. It looks better for my skintone and i khaki jacket which I love to bits. So I brought home the Sunflower with me..
I used to think alma BB is so hardshell, epi leather so thick and DE feels so indestructible I didn’t really notice that my epi alma bb got a dent somewhere on the leather until I had to examine it closely when I was gonna rehome them last year. But honestly I don’t recall knocking it with anything hard but the dent in the epi leather was unmistakable there. It’s a really cute and classy bag but no matter which version I choose, at the end of the day... I lose love for them. My last alma bb was Neo alma bb, empriente leather is super classy, soft and slightly bigger than normal alma bb. I thought I have found love. Truth is, I don’t appreciate the narrow gap width for the straps when it’s hook at the handles.Safe to say, I love my alma bb’s!! very functional, classy and cute little bag! This is the none LV strap I got on Etsy. The strap only cost me like $30 with shipping included. I actually love this strap. I didn’t want to buy a LV strap for $375 so I opted to save the original before it got beat up too much and switch it out with this “cheap” one. Because I wear this bag and the alma bb crossbody, the strap was getting torn up. The bags still looked brand new but the straps looked really used.
I use other guitar strap bandouliere which I bought separately or from other bags as they are the ones which are adjustable and doesn’t cut into my shoulders when carry crossbody.
