Good luck! Don't settle for anything less than perfect - I'm so glad I returned my original one. It was kind of a hassle but definitely worth it to get the new one.

I ordered neverfull in DE a month ago through website and it come very sloppy . The quality were unacceptable! It were made in USA . I returned right away at store without taking it home .I went to pick it up lol I was shock when I inspect the bag! I still want neverfull in DE but I am hesitant to re-order a new one . I told myself if I want a neverful I am gonna wait to check in store before I buy again. I have an alma bb in monogram and I want it in DE as well I am thinking it should be fine with alma bb quality so I placed an order through phone. The SA on phone he was very nice he said if it come and it not right for me I can alway return .Finger cross! Lol

That is so annoying about your neverfull! I get that each piece is handmade so it won't be perfect, but it's so disappointing to spend that much money and not have it in perfect condition. I absolutely love my Alma BB in DE, it's so beautiful. My only drawback about it is that the newer matte leather lining seems more fragile than the previous glossy version. For some reason I feel like it will get scuffed easily but maybe I'm just paranoid. I have only used it a few times so I'm not sure yet.
I'm not sure how many returns you are allowed, I've only done one return ever but you should definitely be able to send something back if you end up not wanting it!

Joining this club at last after so much deliberation on my end. My very first LV was an Alma PM in noir/ghw, so this is a bit of a full circle with a change in the hardware 
Didn’t realise the bottom didn’t have the epi texture unlike my old PM. Still, am excited to take her out to the office this week. Size is perfect for my personal things as I carry either a tote or a backpack anyway for my work laptop.

great choice. alma bb is a wonderful bag. one of my all time favorites. i think the old almas had epi bottom but no feet? the newer styles have feet so that is a plus : )Joining this club at last after so much deliberation on my end. Just come back to pick up this bag in store and she is going back because I did not take her home lol the quality is horrible. The stitching is sloppy .The lock and key was scratch up and the other side of the bag still have some glue stick on .
i have alma bb in monogram the quality was way beyond perfect. I am so disappointed with this one .this is the second time I had bad experience through order online.Attachments

Luckily my SA told me he got one in store . He even sent me picture of the bag and make sure everything is ok before he sent out to me . I am so excited I can’t wait to see it.
I ordered my first one online too and it had issues. When I bought it in store, it was perfect. Enjoy your new baby
