Rose velours is a vintage rose color and dune is light beigey, sandy cream shade. Both are lovely neutral colors.

I just checked my invoice, it was made on the 50 th week of 2012. That would make sense.
This is the bag.
How is your Pochette Accessoires holding up?

I can see your quandary. It’s tricky with how some colors photograph as compared with how they look in real life. It does appear to be darker than most pictures of rose velour. It’s likely it could be due to lighting. If you have authenticity concerns, you could post in the authentication thread. GL.

This color does look like rose velours but the color is a bit lighter in real life. The shade is definitely the same.

Congrats, it is a beautiful bag. My pochette held up really well but unfortunately I sold it a few years ago when I had not used it that much.

I might go to Louis Vuitton in the near future to see if they will identify the color for me. I rang the consignment store and they said I have a year to return the bag if it is not authentic. Xxx

Thanks. This is my 3rd time buying the Alma bb, I had problems with the first two, one with missing strap and the second one had a big scratch . Hopefully 3rd time lucky. Xxx

May I asked , did you purchase it online from website or store ? I would return it for that amount of price you pay for the bag it should be not having any flaw at all .

Hello guys I just placed an order alma bb in DE with customer service through phone . he told me it will take up to 21 days to be arrived . Have anybody had experience like that before ? How long it usually take ? I am base in USA. I am wondering if I possible get the one that made in France. I know it is not that really matter where it were made as long as the bag has no issues but hey < made in France > give me more excitement. Lol I was told that most of the speedy and neverfull were made in US but I am not really sure about alma bb .

I ordered my Alma DE this method and the first one came in about 5 days but it had a tiny hole at the bottom Made in US (I posted a pic a few weeks ago on here). I decided to return it by replying to the same CA and she ordered me a new one with express shipping. It took a couple days to process but once it shipped it came in perfect condition MIF! I think it's random what you receive.

Ahhh I see! I am going to pick mine up at store . Me and hubby will inspect the bag throughly lol if not ok I will just return there right away and re-order
