What a great colour. On my screen it looks a bit on the pink side rather than red? Is it more like a watermelon colour? Hope RM resolves the issue for you soon!

Yep!

That's exactly the type of shade it is. It is not a true red by any means. I took a photo of the purse outside. In the previous one there was a yellow tone from the lighting. This is more true to life. ImageUploadedByPurseForum1397335902.435939.jpgImageUploadedByPurseForum1397335918.134203.jpg

Did you get yours from RM? I just looked at the website. They don't show your color and they don't show the back side (to see about the zipper).

Yep! It is in the sale section now. That's where I got mine. It is not advertised as having a zipper but it sure does. I posted another couple photos outdoors so you can see the zipper again. I was stoked.

Would be even happier if my dumb crossbody strap didn't arrive broken. Hopefully I will hear from them Monday. Not wearing it until I know how they will resolve it.

how would you describe the leather on this?
it looks a bit pebbly in the photo
would you say it's structured? - not the kind of leather that's going to slouch?

I would say the bag keeps it's structure nicely. I have a little buy of slouching but I also carry way more in it than I need. The leather is thick and quite nice. Only downfall for me was the terrible plastic smell that took several weeks to go away. Purely a product of the dye im sure.
