Yes! I'm quite plump and it surprises me that I can actually carry it over my shoulders. The bag itself is quite heavy even with nothing inside so being able to carry it over the shoulders when the bag's filled is definitely god sent!
Hmm maybe I should try and hold out for the summer sale! I can probbbbabbbly wait until June! haha
I would love a Grape or Black cupid! Preferably new, as I plan on it being my main bag, and I'd love to break it in myself and watch the process!
For black, the Amazon deal may be the best you can find: the core colors (black, almond) almost never go on sale (in months of online stalking, the only deals I have seen are the percent- off deals - and RM's are even excluded from those on some sites. eBags has a 30% code right now, but it excludes Minkoffs). 20% off is a good deal for a core color like that. Bloomingdales also had 20% code over the weekend (FANDF - for friends and family) - not sure if it lasts into the week. For other colors, it can be worth waiting as they usually do go on sale: the gamble there is whether the combination of color and hardware you're lusting for is still around by then. It's often the less popular colors that stick around long enough for markdown.
If there's one you can't live without, 20% now lets you live WITH it starting now. Comes down to a question of how much it is worth to you to hunt down a better deal: is it worth watching and hunting and hedging your bets for weeks (or months) to save another $50 - when you can get a decent discount and carry it starting now?

Thanks but unfortunately mine doesn't have any Cupids at all. They have a bunch of other RM designs but no Cupids. I was just there last weekend.I'm not giving up yet though!

i found a celeb wearing it on her shoulder. i think only skinny girls can wear the bag like that :wondering even though you can put the handles on your shoulder, they may slide like what is shown in the photo.

You can wear it over your shoulder. I'm just terrified to do so after hearing about all the hardware problems and the straps breaking (I have one of the "first" raspberry cupids). Also, the bag doesn't fit well under your arm if you have a lot of stuff in it because the top part bugles out.
that is exactly what i tried to mean. due to the shape of the bag and the design of the roll handles, it's easy for them to slide down. and naturally you will squeeze the bag harder to stop it from falling but its fat shape makes it a little bit messy. that's my guess from the photos which show that over 80% of the girls carry the bag, 15% use the shoulder strap and only 5% put it on the shoulder. and i believe bigger girls will find it not comfy to wear this bag under the armpit esp in the hot weather as it looks like the bag tends to climb on the body. just my opinion.
that's terrible if the handles or strap break all in a sudden
alright i'm sitting here staring at this lavender cupid, for only 350$ total (including shipping and tax etc,etc and it will be delivered this week). should i get it!?
