Anyone been using the bag more casual with just the crossbody strap? How’s the wear?

I actually never use the chain because it adds a lot of weight (I have the MM). Weird thing though, I’ve noticed sometimes the canvas strap slips off the ends where it’s clipped. Anyone else experience this?

How’s the wear and tear for your coussin after few months of use? Especially for light colors like bleu glacier? I guess for black, the wear and tear not so visible?
I’m thinking of using it as a daily causal wear carrying iPad air, umbrella, water bottle and able to put my LV eva

Has anyone been caught in the rain with their Coussin? I’m traveling this week and all of my outfits are planned around my Camel bag and it’s forecast to rain now!
Curious if it will spot should it accidentally get a few drops on it.

Update: Was in NYC Wednesday 9/1 when Ida came through and “reeked havoc!” I was caught out in the storm having to walk 20 blocks as no transportation was available (subway flooded, Uber/Lyft/taxi unavailable). I can honestly report that my Coussin was SOAKED and after drying with a towel immediately upon return to my hotel it looks at good as new….no signs of water! Phew!!!

I agree, the chain is on the heavier side. But I don’t think I’ve noticed this. Are you wearing it short on your shoulder or long enough for crossbody?

Went to a private store opening and saw this pretty Coussin Rose. The pics are not true to color. It is not this pale of a pink in person. She is really gorgeous. This bag was never on my radar but I’m glad my CA held her for me. Can’t wait to get her home.
