I’ve been having a major clear out of my handbags that hasn’t gotten used last year and simply doesn’t work for me anymore.

Now it’s Noe time. But this one is really hard, I fear I might regret.

Basically the bag is from -91, bought preloved and changed all leather in aug 2018. Since then I haven’t really dared to use it. I’m too afraid to mark vachetta. Everytime I have worn it I check for marks and of course now there are some. I mainly use it for office to carry laptop in.

I have two small children now under age of 2 which makes xbody bags the number one choice for me.

Noe is my only big bag, I have Noir Pochette Metis, DE SpeedyB25 and Monogram Bumbag.

So I worry will I miss a big bag if I sell? The Noe is such a beautiful bag. Should I just stop caring about the vachetta and let it live? Not sure I can...

A lady said it so well “I buy bags that works with my lifestyle - not bags I have to adapt to”.

I sprayed my azur Noe BB with Apple spray and after 2 years it still looks new. I sprayed my new monogram one but haven't had a chance to use since I purchased it 6 months ago. I have seen video from someone who didn't spray and was caught in the rain with hers (downpour was her phrase). It looked even and I didn't see water spots. I say choose to spray or not and just use this beauty! I had monogram previously then sold it and regretted so repurchased it.

I suspect you'll regret selling. Maybe spray with Apple Guard? Also, your kids will get older and there will be kid-free days to enjoy this beauty. I understand parting with bags you don't use but this could be a short term non-use situation. And the leather can be somewhat protected. LV bags only go up in price and having a '91 in such beautiful shape is a dream. I would keep it, use the Apple Guard, and reassess down the road.

Hi! I don't have it anymore...I found myself just never reaching for it so I sold it to fund something else. I think I may like the original model better without the vachetta on the bottom edge. I would consider buying it again if I could find one in great condition.
Is there one without the vachetta on the bottom?

My new to me petit noe. She is 13 years old. But she looks quite nice for her age. Very soft and even patina. I am so glad i found her!

However the strap is a little stiff. I believe her previous owner didnt use her or the strap a lot. Anyone has any tips on how to make the strap more comfortable to use?

That is one gorgeous 13 year old bag!

Does anyone know what this plastic-like thing is? I was in the middle of looking for a vintage Epi noe piece and found this pic. It looks like tape or nail polish but I really can’t figure out what it is and why it is there. 7F46C32B-95C6-4A8B-A8EE-0E3090837225.jpeg

I bought the mono Petite Noe instore and then not long after came by the preloved Epi Noe which I’ve wanted for so many years now so had been contemplating whether I should return the Mono.

Ended up deciding to keep both and the sliders I ordered from Mcraft Leather Etsy arrived so am pretty excited to use my Epi Noe GM (preloved) and Mono Petite Noe (new). : )

What does everyone think of the new 1854 collection petit noe?

I love it! I like this new Since 1854 collection. I probably won't buy anything from it as I'm firmly on Ban Island and have other bags on my wish list - but I do think it's a great look. I have the Petit Noe in monogram and it's my go-to daily bag. Hold a ton and you don't see it on everyone
