Hi Noé enthusiast,
snagged the beautiful classic Grande Noé and a pretty LV bandeau to dress her up a bit. Wanted to add one iconic piece to my small collection. This is definitely a bag to grow old with. Pic is not the best, lighting sucks...
But here she is :hbeat:

I love the Noe bags. I always post pictures of my two Noe BB's. Your bag and bandeau are so pretty.

Thanks so much, Trudysmom. Love your Azur bb. Have been thinking of getting one in Azur as well. We'll see. At first I was terrified of the Vachetta bottom. I treated the leather with a water stop spray from Collonil and I'm hoping for the best. I'll just enjoy my Noé and try not to worry too much :giggle:

Hey all, just wondering if anyone could tell me the years the noe was made without the vachetta trim around the bottom. I've Googled and Googled and can't really seem to find an answer. And help is much appreciated!

Thank you. Well, I'm a big girl, guess I can pull it off ;)
One of these days I'll get the Azur as well. Right now I'm looking for some vintage Epi Noé's, love the colors. Maybe the fawn color or something blue or red. We'll see.

Love love vintage NOe epi-I have the yellow, black, and Toledo blue ,and new monogram/best bag ever -my epi's are from 1994-97 and in excellent condition !

So last year I had a really old petit noe that was really dark. I debated getting the vachetta replaced but in the end, sold it and purchased a preloved one in better condition. I really like the OM since it doesn't have the vachetta on the sides around the bottom of the bag. The vachetta on my bag is golden, but it still bugs me. I'm thinking of getting the top, strap, and string replaced, but leaving the bottom. Do you think I'll regret not getting the bottom replaced as well? Anyone regret not having all the vachetta replaced?

I think your bag is beautiful and if it were mine I wouldn't change the leather. It's an even patina and it's such a nice honey color.
Have you been quoted for the leather? If you're set on doing it and the bottom isn't to much more I'd do it, that way all the leather would age the same.

Thanks. I am struggling with the strap. It has cracks where it bends from being buckled in the same place for so long. I've tried conditioning it but its still not the best.
