I'm wondering if you can help me with deciding what to do with my preloved petit noe...I'm debating getting all the vachetta replaced which would run approximately $650-700. I've been looking at a few preloved petit noes that have the honey patina in the $500-600 range and getting one of those instead and maybe selling the one I have...just can't make up my mind. I don't like how old the vachetta looks on my current bag (much darker in person). I would basically have a new bag in the old style I prefer if I replaced the one I have with new vachetta. What do you think? Should I go for it or just buy another preloved one in better shape? Thanks in advance :)

Sorry I can't help because I LOVE the look of the vintage patina-d vachetta on these bags. If you don't then maybe you could consider an epi petit noe instead? That's what I have coming and can't wait to get her. I already have a monogram Speedy so thought the epi would throw a bit more variety into my mix of bags.
Of course even if you buy a newer monogram petit noe it will still continue to age through the years so you will eventually be back at square one and wanting to replace it again, right?

If I were in your shoes I would sell your current bag and then look for a replacement with the color vachetta that you like and can afford. If you can afford the higher price of the replacement vachetta then go for that option......seems expensive to me though.

Thanks for your reply. I already own an epi petit noe in red and love it. I love the noe style. I don't mind the vachetta when it's a honey color but mine is darker and the piping is damaged. Not sure how much I could get for it as is...still on the fence!

I usually pass the bags I don't want on to my daughter or niece!

I understand, and piping damage is a death knell to me.......can't handle it! I'm frequently surprised at the thrashed state of the bags in many an auction but people are bidding on them nonetheless. Maybe you could get a little bit for your older bag to put towards whatever new one you choose? Not an easy decision unless you happen upon a stellar deal.

Ok, so I decided to sell a few items including the old petit noe. So here's my question: Petit noe or Noe BB? Does anyone have both and prefer one over the other?

Hi! Guess this question bothered us all. Haha.

I went for the petit noe nm. Why?

I'm a sucker for dark blue/black jeans and i knew the vachetta would get a huuge color transfer because of the cross body wear.

Second I was not sure if I wanted to wear it all the time cross body. With longer strap on my shoulder I definitely feel more insecure since the body of the bag its not directly under my arm - if you know that I mean.

Third, I felt that the bb was too bulky to be worn as a cross body bag.

I'm very happy with my decision. The petit is more versatile, you can wear it to work (professionally looking) and its just look classy. Whereas the bb seems to be just a current trend (love the look though [emoji51])

Hope my comment helps you! Keep us updated. [emoji5]

Thanks for your thoughts. I've been using my red epi petit noe (OM) this week. and love how I can just put it on my shoulder and not worry about it. I think i"ll keep an eye out for a good preloved one in mono. :)

So I'm about to pull the trigger on a preloved petit noe and wondered if anyone uses the cute wide monogrammed strap with theirs? I'm curious how it would look so if anyone could post pics that would be great! TIA :)
