Are they saying they can fix the glazing now?

I was told they could not. Hope they figured out how to reglaze the corners.

No, they can't fix the glazing at least not to my knowledge. But they told me if it peels off (they had a client this happened to) that I could return it. It would be great if they could reglaze the corners. Or any of the piping for that matter. Wonder why they can't on a bag but they can reglaze a wallet?

I agree. You think they could do it like the wallets.

I don't know I didn't ask about that I just figured they could fix the glazing if they had to...why wouldn't they be able to...Do you have one of these bags and if so do you love it?

Thanks! I'm glad they are too. I'm trying to carry it a lot right now to make sure there won't be any issues.

Is this bag not popular? Why aren't people on here every day like the other clubs? Now I am wondering whether I should get one...but I do think it's a great bag? I love the red touches and the handle is very comfortable....and I would love to see that strap dc_fashionae was talking about....should I get this bag or get the turenne mm?

It's new. It came out August 2015.

The strap is a perfect match and clips right on; being adjustable it's super convenient for many styles.

What strap did you get to use on your shoulder. Can you take a picture of it. I love that bag and I think I am going to buy the one with the red trim...I'm just not a real pink kind of gal, but I do love the pink too....lol...I just love the bag.
