Is that a reason to stay with someone forever? If the relationship is over, then it is over. Screw a divorce date- that is a government enforced rule.
Love doesn't recognize those rules.

Not saying people should stay in an unhappy marriage forever. He chose to follow the 'government enforced rule' by getting married, and took an oath, and he should have at least stuck with it for a few more months.

If my husband packed his bags and said he was leaving me for Angelina, I would understand. The same way he would understand if he came home and my bags were packed because I was leaving him for Brad:heart: .

TEAM BRANGELINA!!!:yahoo:

Yeah except the chance of Brad or Angelina walking into our 'real life' is slim to none. And at least the divorce would not be splashed all over the papers for the whole world to see. I'd think it'd make it just a tab bit easier to deal with, wouldn't it?

Brangelina sucks! She's a homewrecker and he's a cheater...that will always be the case... no matter how many kids they adopt and how many causes she or rather they decides to support. They have no sense of morals and they will likely hurt one another just as they have hurt others. That's my entitled opinion.

What we all hold our ideas to is what, the press? the media? It is so flimsy, IMO.
For me:
The divorce between Brad and Jen: Bad!
Because if you made commitment to someone, you “stay in the room”. You work it out if there is still love from the other one. Otherwise you are just a selfish Brad.
Angelina adopts children: Good!
She brings a home to the poor, unfortunate kids. Why not?
Other than that, I do not know. If anything like Brad&Jen&Angelina dilemma happens to me, I would justify and deal with it by my conscience. Because then, I know what is Really going on.

ITA!

I don't know about hard proof but it is kind of evident that AJ played some kind of role in their breakup and I think that she has alluded to it in interviews that even though he was still married "to his best friend" that there was something there. she is a home wrecker imo and she's done it before (Billy Bob Thorton and Laura Dern comes to mind) it seems like it is a pattern with her! She is not to blame completely though I'll give her that, it takes two to tango! Plus I think she has many more issues that she needs dealing with! Personally I don't feel sorry for her where the media scrutiny is concerned (regarding her realtionship with Pitt) becaues she has kind of brought it on her herself!

I totally agree!!

So when AJ says that "Shiloh was planned" does she mean she planned to get pregnant with that baby while BP was still married to another woman? By my math she was pregnant before the divorce was even final.

Jennifer filed for divorce from Brad around March 2005 (I could be wrong). When a divorce is filed to everyday people that means the relationship is over, they were just waiting for the divorce to be finalized in October you know for the property to be split and all those craziness that comes with divorce.

So if you do the math correctly this time. March 2005-May 2006 I will say Brad's marriage was over when he decided to have Shiloh with Angelina. :)

I agree, once Jen decided to file for divorce, she agreed that their marriage is over and there's no going back, so IMO I don't see why he needed to wait until their divorce to plan about conceiving a child with his recent partner. It's part of going on with your life and living the life you choose.

Brad Pitt Says He Misses Living in New Orleans

Brad Pitt may be in Prague with Angelina Jolie, where she's filming Wanted, but he left his heart in New Orleans.

"For me, first as a tourist, it's the most unique city that we have in the States," Pitt, 43, told the New Orleans Times-Picayune in a phone interview from the Czech Republic.

"It has an energy like no other place. You guys shouldn't change a thing. I've got to get me some of it. I absolutely love it there. We moved our family there. We've got a place there and we're intermittently going back and forth. We're in Prague now because of work. We'll be back there soon."

Pitt filmed 1994's Interview With the Vampire in the Big Easy, and purchased a home in the French Quarter while shooting The Curious Case of Benjamin Button earlier this year.

He's also committed to rebuilding the areas of the city hit hardest by Hurricane Katrina, and on Thursday ground was broken on an affordable, eco-friendly housing development in the Lower 9th Ward designed by winners of a Sustainable Design Competition he co-sponsored with Global Green USA.

But for Pitt and Jolie, the best thing about New Orleans is the anonymity it affords them. "Let me tell you, we're in this house in Prague right now and there's about 12 cars of paparazzi outside and some tourists with video cameras," the actor told the Times-Picayune. "I can't describe why we're allowed to live a more normal life [in New Orleans]."

The thing he misses the most, he said, is bicycling through the city's streets at night. "Living in the French Quarter is a thrill for us," he said. "We have some semblance of real family life. People have been very, very gracious with us. If we're on the front deck, people go by and say, 'Hi.' Then they go on their way, very friendly.

I completely agree. Filing for a divorce in my opinion means that she was aware the marriage was over and at that point neither had any obligatin of committment to the other.
