Have you fulfill all your dreams?
"I have only one left, the most beautiful: raise my children. I want to be there when they have a nightmare at night to comfort their fears. My mother, who passed away, she was there all the time for me. It was my closest, my most loyal friend, we told each other everything, I miss her desperately."
What are the values you want to teach your children?
"I want them to learn altruism. It took me a while to understand that I was not the center of the world. In Los Angeles, where I grew up, I had no sense of human misery, I couldn't get out of my own ego. Now, I always place others before me. I also want them feel at ease everywhere as well as a Manhattan as Addis Ababa."
Will you marry Brad Pitt?
"For us, this is not very important, our big family is already a union much stronger. But children are conformist, and it may be them to ask us to get married!"
After all your travels and your heartbreaking role in Changeling, what is your greatest ambition?
AJ: You're going to laugh: I don't have any more great ambition as an actress. I did, when I was younger, but today I'm happy to make a few more movies and then I'll stop.
Why?
AJ: Waking up every day with Brad and my six children, I don't know any greater happiness No more red carpets then?
AJ:Of course, this 'star' life is nice, but I prefer to laugh about it. I remember the Cannes red carpet on which my son peed whilst we were walking up the steps.
That's the most joyous memory of the whole festival for me!
When you were little, did oyu dream of being a star?
AJ: A star, yes, but a male one! I always dreamed of being Marlon Brando!
You know, I was a real tomboy and I find the exact same thing with my daughter Zahara.
Like me, she only likes the anti-heroes.In out jet on the way here, there was lots of turbulence and we were watching The Little Mermaid. And so, instead of pitying Ariel, she was speaking to Ursula, telling her: "Be careful, we are moving around a lot, Ursula, hold on so that you don't fall, evil woman!"
